- * Due to weather conditions the opening hours can change at short notice * Last ascent 22:30 * Last descent 22:45 Getting There: * Metro U1 (red line) to Kaisermühlen VIC / Vienna International Center + bus 20A to Donauturm * Metro U6 (brown line) to Neue Donau + bus 20A to Donauturm * Disabled visitors and infants under 3 get in for free * Go directly to the entrance and scan the barcode of your smartphone ticket until the light turns green (if necessary, enlarge the barcode) * Only smartphone tickets are accepted * There is a free wheelchair-accessible electric shuttle bus to the Danube Tower available from metro stops U6 Neue Donau and U1 Alte Donau. The bus runs every 30 minutes and takes 5 minutes.
