O quarto oferece razoável conforto, com cama boa, chuveiro bom e café da manhã adequado, mas não espere nada além disso. Indicado para rápidas viagens de negócios. Equipe ok, atenciosa mas nada de especial.

This hotel is great in every way -- very friendly and professional staff, very clean and large rooms with comfortable beds and a Nespresso coffee maker, and an abundant breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

I am from Aalst but live abroad and staying here was like coming home, from start to finish. Thank you Sander and Lindsay for being such sweet and helpful people. You know your business and it is thanks to people like yourselves that customers return over and over again. No nonsense, no complications, simplicity, friendliness, cleanliness, the way a hotel should be. Stay here if you can.

Good short stay hotel

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and has a parking lot. Easy check-in, nice room with safe, hairdryer and minibar. All the amenities you need. The restaurant offers a standard good buffet for breakfast. Overall a good experience. Value for money.

Business class hotel, with on-site parking. Good but does not make a lasting impression

Standard and business focused. Comfortable beds but showers are getting old and rooms could do with an upgrade in some cases (stayed here several times). Breakfast is in a nice room, but service around the morning is poor frankly. Front desk is again fine and standard. Parking is a big plus but cost at 15 euros per night is exaggerated for a tiny and not very nice town such as Aalst. Conclusion: Standard hotel,with standard services and uniqueness, in a very standard and very unfriendly town. If you have a choice, go somewhere else, if you have to stay in town, then this passes for a night.
