Hotel muito agradável com boas instalações para reuniões e negócios . Quartos excelentes e excelente também é o atendimento ... Boa comida e ambientes bem apresentados ... Vale a pena Custo justo pelo serviço prestado
Went to this hotel because the location from town and the train station were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Only down sides were the room service options were limited when you on a carb free diet plus if you had a bath the water was only warm. That said on a whole the hotel was exactly what I expected and paid for
Unsympathetic and untrustworthy
I booked two rooms for myself and a colleague to stay for one night each. Due to the Coronavirus threat we cancelled our trip and I went to the hotel website to cancel my booking several days before we were due to arrive. The hotel contacted me just after the date I was due to stay to claim payment for the rooms. I explained that I had cancelled through their website but they told me that they had no record of this, which I see as failing of their website and cancellation procedure. As I didn't receive an e-mail from them confirming my cancellation (also a failing of their cancellation procedure) I couldn't prove that I had cancelled and so had to pay for both rooms. Given the current climate and sympathetic customer service levels I am seeing and hearing of from competitors to Radisson I was absolutely disgusted by this experience and would openly encourage those I know to avoid the Radisson chain and its associated brands.
Great location / Not the best hotel
I stayed here for a 2 week business trip and don't plan on staying at this hotel again. The room was small and without a closet or dresser. The "King" room is really just two twin beds pushed together. Parking is very expensive (depending on the length of your trip) at roughly 10 gbp per night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful however, I did have an incident where a drunk man was attempting to get into my room. Called down to the front desk asking to send someone up to handle it. Two hours later (after midnight) I was woken up with several men entering my room letting the drunk guy in. Apparently there was a mix-up with the room numbers.
A Bit Better than Many a Park Inn
From my window on the fifth floor of this well-situated hotel, I could see a count of eight granite spires dotted within the vista. A testimony to the multiplicity of Scottish religious sects gone by, perhaps, but with the busy and well-lit harbour here and the great North Sea also in sight, the view over this city's rooftops is impressive. The Hostelry itself is as you'd expect from this worldwide group ... Efficiently Scandinavian, bright in colour and outlook, modern facilities, polite staff, good up-to-date rooms, televisions, boasted "60 item breakfast" (though there weren't many takers the morning we broke our fasts), and parking next door in a pay-as-you-stay NCP. Off Union Street, but right in the middle of restaurant land, this hotel is good value and central. Been in worse "Park Inns" but this one was nice.
