Fiquei hospedado no Hotel devido a uma funcionária do aeroporto que me enxotou da sala de espera por não poder aguardar mais de 6h naquele espaço. Ela me direcionou a um agente de viagens que me recomendaria uma estadia em um hotel, os valores eram altos e a disponibilidade em outros hotéis da cidade era baixa. Acabei optando pelo MJ Hotel, com uma taxa que incluiria já o traslado. O Hotel tinha um bom aspecto, contudo acho que estavam dando uma festa na área da piscina, com um som muito alto e muito barulho. Graças a Deus só fiquei por poucas horas! Mas o hotel é razoável! Eu ficaria lá novamente desde que não houvesse o mesmo barulho

Damp in shower room, dirty rooms & unwashed towels provided, rusty fridge & poor customer services. Not good value for money. Will not recommend for anyone since it’s just a hype. My taxi driver recommended but it turned out to be an eyesore.

They could have done better

I stayed twice in October 2019. Once at the beginning and the other at the end of October. I was impressed with the staff when the took my bags to my room and the warm welcome. But then it when downhill from there. My room was musty. The sheets were not sheets but a bedspread that smelt like it hadn't been washed in a while. I ask them to change the room. They said that they will send the manager. She said that she will fix the problem. She thought that it was the pluming. Instead of changing my room, they fill the room with air freshener. The buffet was ok, but the food was cold. The coffee machine made watered down coffee. It was not a great experience. My second stay was slightly better but not by much. I did get a better room, but the door wouldn't look properly. MJ Grand was not so grand in the end. The hotel rating should be a 3 and not a 4.

Spent 5 nights in accra and got a good deal with this hotel through a friend...very clean and spacious room,clean and fast delivery restaurant,smart and neat staff ready to greet anytime.i recommend the place for every traveller to accra.very close to the airport and the pickup service was prompt.

Extremely loud music every day

The pool bar is playing overly loud music every day. I'm not talking a little loud, I'm talking night club level loud during broad daylight. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway don't go there!! Save your ears.
