Ficamos em um dos apartamentos do hotel. Eles ficam bem próximos do prédio principal do hotel, e são muito espaçosos e agradáveis. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o aquecimento da água, mas nada que tirasse o brilho da hospedagem, especialmente pelo fato da equipe, atenciosa, ter solucionado o problema imediatamente. O hotel tem um ótimo restaurante e café da manhã, e está muito bem localizado. Definitivamente, ficaríamos hospedados novamente no hotel.

Warm welcome and an upgrade to a huge river facing room with jacuzzi bath, together with absolutely first class food made our visit very memorable. We also enjoyed our walk around the old part of Wick, nearby the hotel and learned a lot. Thank you.

Very good service from all staff, they're all very helpful and friendly and the hotel is wonderful. Night porter was very friendly and helpful, I recommend anybody and everybody to stay here if they get the chance!

Fantastic evening meal and drinks

We had a New Year’s Eve meal here and several drinks. The service was fantastic and the food was to die for, There was the option of their festive menu or their standard we both ate from their regular menu and thoroughly enjoyed! Definitely worth a visit if you’re up in this are!

Never disappoints!

We had visited MacKays prior to the pandemic and couldn’t wait to go back on our recent trip to Scotland. Our 2nd visit there did not disappoint. The staff, the owners, the hotel itself, and the restaurant are the best. Our dinner on our first night was outstanding. The room we stayed perfectly fit our needs. We had a delicious breakfast on the 2 mornings of our visit and had great interactions with the staff working there. Each night we stayed (a total of 2), we enjoyed a drink or 2 in the bar talking to Murray and fellow patrons. Great experience! We also ran a micro marathon on Ebeneezer Place after realizing that on our previous stay at Mac Kay’s, we never even took a picture of the shortest street in the world!
