I would of given a five star except for our breakfast experience. First, we thought it was included and our fault for not asking when we made the reservation. Breakfast wasn't great. Servers was sweeping the bare floor onto the carpet where we were sitting... what's with that! Other wise we liked the accomodations. The lobby bar was fast and active.

Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean, staff ,managers, maintenance, everyone are amazing. Awesome place to stay. If I can I will always try to stay in a Hilton garden inn and suites. Best hotel experience I've ever had . Also bar and restaurant wait staff are great. Everyone was very personable. Would definitely recommend.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Blood on one bed, food on the other. Ac didn’t work. Dirty room. Hair all over bathroom. Staff did nothing to fix the situation. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay at this hotel again when visiting Akron childrens hospital.

The BEST staff!

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town on business. We were here a year ago, and returned because they treated us so well in 2021. The staff are terrific. We had cause to engage personally with 9 staff members. I would like to say that we were welcomed by Sunday and Liz. They are an awesome duo. There were some problems (could not have been predicted) with plumbing in our original room. Sunday personally checked it out and got us moved to a different room that met our needs. Her attitude is one of joyful service, and is efficient as well as uplifting. Thomas is an amazing manager. He is energetic, proactive and personable. Finally, our favorite in the food service area is Andrea. I understand she is fairly new, but she also offers exemplary service with a smile. Over 5 days we engaged personally with 9 staff members from room details to food service, the pool area and maintenance. All but one seemed very committed to cheerfully making our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for another great stay. We plan to return the next time we have business in Akron.

No Honor in Hilton Honors

I've been robbed by the Hilton Conglomerate for 3 nights in the wrong hotel I never checked into because it was the wrong location. Be very weary of Hilton making problems right. I stead of correcting my reservation they would not refund or move my reservation. Instead they said it happens all the time and said sorry we.will just keep your money. But you can book another room in our other hotel in the correct location. The hotels have the same names. Hilton Garden Inn Akron and Hilton Garden Inn Akron Canton. I've been robbed. In town for a wedding. Never coming back.
