DO NOT GO! this is the worst hotel I've visited, they do not even serve a water bottle. the bathroom is very small even a child can not fit in. The lication is good but the hotel management is so terrible, they do not give a water boiler in the rooms but they claim they are 4 stars hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights at AB. Reception staff were super friendly as was Mustafa the waiter. 10 nights was a long time to rely on hotel food. It was definitely hit and miss. There was loads of salads to choose from , just felt that the main course was lacking in creativity. There were usually 2 carbs such as rice or potatoes and a veggie option and a meat option. Not much variety. I was disappointed when the meat option was chicken nuggets cooked from frozen. Another night we were served meatballs cooked from frozen. There was only one restaurant not 2 as stated. The hotel was nice - basic but nice. The afternoon tea was a bonus. Coffee, carrot cake and other biscuits served daily between 5 and 6. Location was perfect near to the beach and shops. Bear in mind it was 2.5 hours away from the airport though. Loads of great local restaurants. We chose to eat at local restaurants rather than the hotel on many occasions. Alanya was cheap. If i was to visit again I would recommend staying in a hotel offering bed and breakfast only. Eating out was extremely affordable and the food at places like Shakespeare was definitely to die for.

We spent 1 week here in the beginning of October. The weather is perfect, , around 30 degrees. This is a very nice, clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing from the balcony. Everything is very close to the hotel, the beach is 50 meters and the center is 400 meters. The roof restaurant is fantastic. Thank you for everything to the superb receptionist Tugba Kansü!

We knew that we will e arriving late, so we requested light foods, We arrived at 3.00 am. In the food container were two small pieces of cucumber, 3 small tomatoes, two slices of ham a plum, few grapes and some small sausages. All wrapped in cling film and was not kept in the fridge, so we only ate the fruits. Breakfast was the same everyday, boiled, eggs or fried eggs, or omelette and 3 types of cereals and salads, cucumber and tomatoes. Some of the foods for breakfast were turn around from the evening meal. We had to pay for water with our evening meal. There was not much variety to choose from at evening meal The standard room was very small, we could not use balcony, even one person could not sit there One could hardly swing a cat in the toilet and shower room The hotel was clean, some staff members were friendly and polite, especially Mustapha who was very helpful. Having ariived at 3.00 am and had to wake up at 7.00 am for breakfast, I asked one of the staff to direct to where i can get hot water for tea. He told me to look for it, (great customer service). We could not have a shower on one of the mornings as there was no hot water. I had to use cold water for a quick wash. The hotel served afternoon tea at 5.00 pm with some cakes, The carrot cake was always lovely. The hotel is about 15 - 20 mins walk from the city. there are no entertainments at the hotel. Free wi-fi is available for guests Few staff members do not speak English The Manageress was polite and friendly

It is a very good hotel and stuff are very nice I vill come back again.Its very close to the beach and bazar.I vent every day on Cleopatra beach with the bus because that beach is better than the beach in front of the hotel but location of the hotel is superb.
