I stay away on business a lot and sometimes it's hard to be away from home but when you have a place that knows you and is always nice it makes it so much easier. The staff at this hotel are just great from the welcome staff Victoria to the managment staff .

Clean Room, budget driven accommodation. Why pay the extra, if your goal is to get rested, and go take care of business. No frills, don't expect it. But for half the price as other places, good choice.

The customer service here is excellent! They serve a hot buffet breakfast each morning. The stay was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is walking distance to Target store and many restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Unpleasant experience all around

The room was clean but so battered and in need of repair; gross stains in tub and on toilet, hole punched in bathroom door, lumpy mattress. We paid extra to include breakfast. When we got to the breakfast room at 9:00 AM all that was left were a few greasy sausages, a couple biscuits and 2 slices of bread. Had to ask for eggs and a small amount were brought out. We had trouble with our lock and when we returned from breakfast to retrieve our luggage and hit the road the door wouldn’t open. The part time maintenance man “Baren” (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to open it without the manager. Waited almost 2 hours as they tried to open the door and finally the manager kicked it in. No offer of a comp for us even though they admitted that they knew the door lock was malfunctioning and the room should have been blocked.

All staff was very friendly: second shift, night audit, and the cleaning staff. Room was perfect. Nice view in the morning. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. Had a small issue with booking but that's expected of third-party booking agencies and the front desk clerk made sure we got our room.
