The property is beautiful on the outside but the rooms are in need of renovations. Had delays checking in and the property lacked the basic available amenities. Property appeared to be understaffed. I wasted my points on this stay. Definitely not the Home 2 Suites quality I’m accustomed to.

3 stars - good and exactly what you would expect 4 starts - only is something stands out as exceptional 5 start - has to be phenomenal I rate this Home2 Suites as 2 stars for a few reasons. The digital key did not work The HVAC controls did not work and the room was quite hot There was only 1 towel in the bathroom when there were two people on the reservation There was a very large crack in the mirror on the wall by the couch that looked like it would fall apart at any moment and do some serious damage On the good side, The shower had good pressure and came on hot immediately The hairdryer was strong, quite often they have the power of an asthmatic knat The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

I would rate this a 2 or 3 not an 8 or 9 as others had done. The Bathroom was dirty and tiles were falling off of the wall. It was noisy during the night and we did not sleep well although the bed was comfortable. The dishwasher was very noisy.

Best hotel in Alexandria

I have been to Alexandria several times as a native of a nearby town. While most of the city is crumbling apart, this hotel is proof there is hope. Really good employees who prove they want to be there, unlike several of the local businesses.

This hotel is clean, organized, nice free breakfast and the suites is huge!! I booked 2 queen bed (incl murphy bed/sofa, big fridge, microwave and kichennete). Heated indoor swimming pool and a exercise room/gymn. Check in was a breeze! also check out pretty quick. Will be back next time to Alexandria again.
