Ótimo custo beneficio para quem quer conhecer Washington, DC. A 15 minutos de todas as atrações da capital americana e a cinco do Ronald Reagan Airport. Ótimo hotel e serviço, novo e muito confortável.

The property and my room were very clean. I stayed two nights, so I was only eligible to get housekeeping with 24 hours notice. There was free breakfast in the mornings, and a bar open from 5-10 each night. It was very convenient for visiting family in Alexandria, and we easily drove into DC to visit museums.

Great business hotel

Stayed at this hotel in September 2022 and in July 2022 for business, but this is my first review. The experience was excellent during both stays, particularly the most recent one, which was just a one-night stay. Simon checked me in and gave me precisely the room location that I had requested when making the reservation. He was also kind enough to offer a late-night food delivery option since my arrival was late and most restaurants in the area were already closed for the evening. The hotel is relatively quiet but can be busy during the work week. During my July stay there were a lot of guests bringing pets into the hotel for some reason. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was great and convenient for my one-night stay. The neighborhood around the hotel is quiet and safe (mostly residential, offices, and a federal courthouse nearby), close to Old Town but far enough away from the noisier areas. Jose the bartender was very friendly and offered excellent service despite my relatively late arrival. I was highly satisfied with this hotel experience and appreciated the great service of the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel when on business in Alexandria again.

I am staying at this hotel currently but had questions about this property prior to arrival. My first call was answered by Simon. He answered all my questions (on site parking, offsite parking, etc.) and was very cordial. I rang a second time and spoke with Armad to arrange an assistive device in my room. He also located a wheelchair for my mother. He was extremely helpful and patient. Many thanks to Armad. Both he and Simon helped me before I ever stepped onsite. Janet and Aisha were very helpful with questions about room changes and the local area. Hotel is in good area and is not very far from King Street and the waterfront. You can have housekeeping with 24 hours notice. Appreciate Marriott for not depriving guests of housekeeping. Cons: No natural light in the hallways so very dark. Wall paper and doors are a little beat up. I was surprised to see so many scuffs on the room doors. Breakfast had no 'grown up' cereal. Frosted Flakes only. Ran out of boiled eggs and did not restock. Overall, very pleasant interactions with staff, good location and room was very clean.

Awesome hotel staff! This is my favorite hotel to stay in the DC metro ares when Im visiting friends, family or for work. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice & tidy. This is such a great non smoking hotel which is close a ton of food and retail stores. Some of my bed sleep comes from my stays here.
