I think I am in love!
First stay at an Even hotel. The room was simple, cool and perfect. AC unit-great. So many hotels out there fail simply because they are too cheap to install a normal AC. Excercise equipment in room, cleanliness, front desk friendliness; the list can go on. There are no elite upgrades as there are no suites (I think?), and its just fine. I will be looking for Even hotels in other cities. This one is the star of IHG.

Loved staying here! Did a staycation and had a wonderful time. Hotel is beautiful and close to everything in the Avalon. Will definitely be coming back. Pool area was fun, I wish there were more umbrellas. But they had cabanas and chairs spaced out. Cute on the rooftop.
Even Hotel Alpharetta
I enjoyed the weekend in Even hotel with my family. Is our first time in this hotel and We love it. The room was so clean, beds were really comfortable and always well organized. The details of having a good coffee machine was perfect for me as a coffee lover. Also, It was really amazing to find items to work out in the room that comes with an exercise guide. That was a WOW.... ! The hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for. The location is perfect and the local business near to the hotel is really beautiful to walk , take some drinks and having dinner. 100% recommended. Thanks for everything and We would definitely go again. Nathaly

Modern decor in lobby with living wall behind front desk. I was a little disappointed by the cleanliness of my room bathroom- there was hair in the shower and stains on the floor (this is why I ranked the hotel average). Pros: -Free parking -Close to internet, shopping and restaurants -Refrigerator and Keruig in room -Dry erase board -In room fitness resistance training facilitated through tv channel -Designated auto check in/out using tv -Bar in lobby Cons: -Hair in shower -No suitcase stand -No shower cap in bathrooms
Exceptional property!!!
This is a new hotel line from IHG that incorporates a “wellness” theme into the stay. This is the first time in ages I have taken pictures of a hotel room, but the amenities justified the extra efforts here. Arrival and check-in was smooth and friendly, room was clean and nicely appointed with a lot of extras. Loved the work-out equipment located in the room along with ample space to stretch out. You should be able to get a solid work-out with the equipment they have supplied. The bathroom is very “spa-like” with a rain-shower head along with a hand-head shower head. Add to the wonderful shower, they offer Beekman 1801 shower gels and hair products…folks this stuff is really top quality bathroom products. Probably the most important of a hotel stay…the bed. Probably one of the most comfortable and plush hotel beds I have ever enjoyed providing a great nights rest. Personally…I’m a fan and while there are not many of these properties in the IHG line yet, when I am looking for a place to stay this will be top of list!!!
