This building is tired and dirty, not a great welcome. All the fire doors propped open, guessing to let out the odour of the building. The rooms where dirty, the pillow cases whilst clean, covered pathetic grubby pillows underneath. The shower was dirty and left with a previous users collection of public hair and long head hair Condensation trickled down the window onto the electrical sockets.

Check-in machine outside did not recognize my reservation. Had to call someone to let me in. Corridor and room were not clean. Did not have any hot water to shower. Did sleep okay though. Also brakfast was okay, though nothing fancy. Was only for one night, next time will book other hotel though.

Checked in. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, room dirty & noisy. Left. [Nothing to add other than just because a place is budget, doesn’t mean it should be bad. Really struggling to make the 200 minimum characters TripAdvisor requires here …]

This place is truly awful. Starting with an automated “quick checkin” with no actual people to not being able to get in (because of no reception) to a horrible room and being located a Eur28 taxi trip from the train station, there is NOTHING to recommend this place.

Needed a cheap place to stay overnight to attend the ANZAC services st Villers-Bretonneux. Was exactly what we expected. Although as we had no car I would recommend paying a kitty extra to stay at a similar class of hotel closer to the train station. That way you’ll save on taxi fares. Tge front desk staff were very helpful!
