A cama é ruim é desconfortável. A TV é antiga e a conexão wi-fi, horrível.

Good place to stay

Very good place to stay. I arrived outside reception times and they had send codes to enter the flat. It was easy to use this and find the key for the studio. The studio was spacious and clean. I met staff at the check out. They were polite and friendly. The vheck out quick.
Very convenient efficency apartment

This was a convenient and efficient apartment located in a historic-facade building. The actual apartments are quite modern. The design was very efficient, even with a storage space over the door. It is a tiny kitchen, and, unfortunately, the pan and skillet size had not been measured so that two of them could both occupy the two burners comfortably, but we managed. There is no daily housekeeping service, and we had to request over our several day stay some supplies. One of the staff members was very nice but not entirely competent; he gave us a laundry tablet rather than a dishwashing tablet, which caused an overflow. (The dishwasher is the tiniest I've ever seen, lodged under the sink.) And he was not efficient at check-in or check-out, but he spoke English. There are outdoor courtyard spaces, and there's a self-service laundry with tokens available from the desk. A breakfast is available, but we did all of our cooking in our room. Convenient to walk to the paper museum across the street or the comic strip museum a bit farther on plus the lovely park by the river. It's uphill to the center of town for more museums and lots of restaurants (the Chinese was quite good). There is paid parking in the lot across the street (reserve in advance).

Splendid old building converted into apartments, security in the rooms is quite noticeable, with the windows being alarmed, at least in our room. Not sure if this is an indication of the neighbourhood, but it felt like it. Perhaps that was just my impression, everything was fine for our stay.
Parking is a bit of a lottery unless you pay for a parking spot, having a disabled partner I needed to be certain of a parking spot, outside of the hotel was hit and miss according to what you found when you turned up.
The paid for spots have lockable barriers and you get a key, when we parked in the allocated spot, it became apparent there was a considerable free for all area with loads of space by the paid for slots, I did feel that I had been caught a little, but there we are !
Our room was a considerable way from reception and a few floors up, and enjoyed the music of some of the other guests. could have been 1 of 8 other rooms adjoining, it eventually tailed off.
Lifts are a bit novel, seems only one covers all the floors, others seem to service a range of floors but not all, as is the case with some stairs, interesting exploring.
Breakfast was good, buffet style, but delightful.
Staff were helpful, pleasant, and efficient. as an overnight stop over it was fine.
