Excelente hotel em todos os aspectos, tamanho do quarto, banheiro, piscina, café da manhã e o atendimento do pessoal. Mas a localização é realmente muito boa. Um vez em Krabi, a melhor é ficar em Ao Nang uma Praia de Krabi. Ao lado do hotel existe inúmeros restaurantes

The hotel has a good location not far from aonang beach, with some nice rooms , however the streetfront rooms are very very loud because of the traffic and lack of noise isolation of the balcony door. The service during breakfast in the restaurant is awful , a lady names HANA was very unfriendly and an unpleasant person , not even greeting us or telling thank you after we told her our room number , she was just walk away without any kindness with a very grumpy face . Horrible attitude , we have never ever experienced such a behave from any person in any other hotels .The gym is a joke, the equipment is not working properly and missing dumbells . The pool is very cold because never get really sun. The Hotel is not spacious enough you have the condominimum feeling and not a hotelfeeling if you are there .

The 3 ladies on the front desk are awful, spend their time staring at you and talking in Thai and laughing, very childish!! No hot water in the shower and the swimming pool is freezing!! Breakfast was okay!! Avoid at all cost!! We run out of toilet roll and asked the 3 helpful ladies at the front desk and we told to wait for the housekeeping, we’re lucky there was a public toilet across from our room other wise I would still be waiting for it!! All round awful service and I booked with Expedia who states it’s a VIP access hotel and expect exceptional service, we got the complete opposite of that

For the price it should really be a lot better than this , we stayed in a pool access room € 109 a night , the outside patio area is very small , the room is a good big size but that’s it , tv has no English channels , breakfast is not very good , no hot water in bathroom sink , we stayed here because the photos they advertised looked very good & we wanted to try somewhere new that we didn’t stay in before but it’s no where near as good as the Bluesotel next door

The hotel was pretty accessible to anywhere. Very conveniently located. Aonang Beach is just 10 mins walk. 7-11 and tourist booth is just next to their lobby. Starbucks is just opposite, if you wanna chill and have your coffee boost fixed. i did not tried their gym and swimming pool though, but if you think the beach is too far, to me their pool was alright (you might as well take the trip to the beach to enjoy a good sun, sand and sea right?). The streets are more busier during evening onwards, coz thats when the streets are filled with tourist and night markets are open. So shopping is heaven during evening. Halal option food have more variety now, however, there are more halal options located along Muslim Street, near to the Munawarrah Mosque. If you are opting out the hotel breakfast and looking for a good halal local breakfast, head to จ๊ะดำข้าวยำ Nasi Kerabu Ao Nang (if you dont mind the 10-15mins walk for a good worthy breakfast). They are open from 6am-11am only. I was craving for a good asian porridge, so it was definitely worth it. I opted for the Ocean View Double Bed room, it was the only room left at a good price, so it was definitely worth the grab (view pics if you think it is worth the stay here). To me, it definitely was and dont mind opting this place if i were to visit here again.
