Scammed my credit card!

used my credit card for any extra's, had dinner which was paid for by my company however they also charged my credit card! Spoke to hotel the next day when i saw it on my CC and was told it was a mistake and that a full refund will be made, nothing received, call back last week spoke to Kerri who said she will look into it and get back to me and again nothing! Cant get through to them on the phone constantly rings out. terrible terrible company!!! AVOID

Great stopover

We stayed at the Dragonfly on a Christmas visit to family in Cholchester. We arrived earlier than expected and the reception chap was ver polite and accomodating and checked us in two hours early. The room was light and airy, spacious and spotless. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was self service and basic but very tasty and plenty of it. Lovely staff and great accommodation for not a lot of money.

Stayed here before and hotel itself is ok. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant very poor. Sharing starter of chicken wings had 5 and sent back. No offer of refund. How do you share 5 wings! Chicken curry was shocking. Didn't come as described and had to chase up where the rest of it was. Tesco's takeaway curry is better. Save your money and don't eat here.

I wouldn’t recommend Bath very dirty, needed a good scrub Bed sheets grubby No food available on a Saturday night, and no alcohol after 11pm on a Saturday Pleasant surroundings, good location for travel. Breakfast okay but nothing replenished

We had booked a short getaway for pur family trip. Couldn't ask for more friendlier staff, Chelsea who was on desk was fantastic extremely helpful even offered to carry our bags in, helped grab some more bedding for the kids even stayed to help out set everything up. My kids loved her super friendly, partner found her fantastic. Management and chefs superb. Genuinely felt like we're properly looked after. Definitely staying again.
