Disappointing for a Hilton Garden

Restaurant and bar was close.
No perks for Honors members.
Carpets there where stains everywhere.
Fitness room was missing equipment.
I have previously stayed here many times this hotel has gone down.
Go somewhere else

There was a gap in the bathroom mirror, stains on the carpet, and the mattress had multiple urine stains.
The front desk staff only said, "I don't know what to say."
While my room was not charged, I did not receive a phone call or an apology.
This is NOT how business should be conducted.

The hotel rooms were dirty. The bar was not open due to no bartender available. There was no breakfast due to no cook available. There was only 1 ice machine for 4 floors. Washer and dryer were not functioning. Understaffed and not very helpful.
Floors and elevators were constantly wet from pool.
Only option was breakfast box and it was poor.
Shame on you, Hilton! No cable tv, no hot water, funky WiFi, but a great staff

I have stayed at this hotel about 6-7;times in the last several years. It has slowly gone downhill every time.
No one needs to hear my whole sob story, but let me just say that my last stay had: 1. First room had a working TV but no cable TV. They tried to reset it three times, but no cable was possible. The next morning I had to change rooms if I wanted television, even though I had completely unpacked in my room. 2. 2nd room — a working television with cable, but no working remote. 3. 2nd room: NO HOT WATER. After a particularly hard day, I was really looking forward to a hot shower. Nope. No hot water in my room. The rest of the hotel seems to have hot water. But in my room, which is my second room in one day, there is no hot water to be had. (And I am told that the maintenance guy has been given the day off, and the office staff has not been trained about what do about no hot water.). The wonderful staff here got me a extra room down the hall to shower in. Not ideal, as I am carrying my stuff down the hallway, and then returning to my room in my jammies after my shower, a little bit like summer camp when I was a kid. But at least I got a hot shower. Good job, staff! 4. Funky wi fi. Set your iPad or phone down for one minute? You are signing back in every time. Or sometimes you have to completely sign out of the net work, forget the network, and sign back in. I hope you’re not having any work-related or professional Wi-Fi needs, because you will be knocked off.
Without fail, the staff has been patient and professional. My impression is that Hilton is not providing the resources to update this property and keep it in good shape. It is a beautiful property. It ought to have working televisions, hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. It does not. Come on, Hilton! Support this property. Give them some hot water. Give them some working televisions and cable boxes. And give them some good Wi-Fi. You’ve got good staff here.

This is the first time staying at this hotel and the overall experience was average! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. However, housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the room for the next guest! It was obvious that the room was not vacuum and some areas were not wiped down. The housekeeping didn't check the refrigerator in the room it had a slightly used water bottle inside it! The items that were offered for breakfast was lacking! Poor options available! Also, it was noted that the carpet in the hallways need a good shampooing several stains throughout!
