Hotel de qualidade em Arrecife, a capital da ilha. Instalações e serviço de qualidade e restauração (pequeno-almoço e buffet de jantar) muito acima da média. Muito bem localizado, junto à praia e a 500 metros do centro de Arrecife, é uma óptima opção para quem, mais do que fazer férias em resorts pretende visita a ilha, usufruindo da centralidade da cidade e da boa rede de transportes públicos. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Serviço de limpeza sem reparos.

Verdadeiramente fascinada foi como senti cada momento vivido na ilha de Lanzarote. Amei a ilha e apesar de quase não existir "verde", é linda e muito acolhedora. Ali percebi porque Saramago escolheu este lugar para viver. O hotel Arrecife é excelente, com um serviço muito bom, onde a simpatia impera. As praias são muito boas e os restaurantes também. Alguns, muito discretos, quase nem se dá por eles, mas, com um serviço excelente. Mesmo junto ao hotel existe um restaurante que recomendo. É o restaurante Los Conereros. Existem outros igualmente bons. Experimentem!

Omg just what I needed, amazing location, high quality service and staff. So near to the airport, beach was quiet, lush soft sand and indoor pool too. Will be back soon, felt really safe as travelling alone.

Can’t see the 5 Stars

Had really high hopes for this hotel and did read some reviews before around slow service and slow elevators and limited Sun beds outside. We went with a open mind and unfortunately firstly signage from the car park to the lifts is non existent. The reception experience was slow and even though I had filled a on line check in with all my passport details the receptionist still asked for them and went through it all again . Why send an email which says to save time check in online ? Welcome drinks were welcomed but should come earlier in the guest interaction. Then we go to the lifts and press all 4 and see which comes first! Unfortunately our first room was not up to standard and I had to ring down and get moved to an acceptable one we had a Infinity suite which was not a cheap price. Bed throws in both rooms had snags and tiny holes and the curtains not hanging right on the electrical track that moves them. Booked in advance and paid for champagne and chocolates but they were not placed in the room in arrival , I asked where they were to be told we bring them later in the afternoon!! The guest wants the impact when they walk in there excuse was they bring in afternoon, no apology. We went down to the Buena Vida Pool bar and sun terrace for the number of bedrooms 30 outdoor loungers is a poor ratio. Needless to say all taken. A table and chairs behind the loungers are available but the space you have is tiny and your sat on the head of the lounger infront. Poor use of space. Ordered drinks with our welcome cocktail voucher at the bar as no one comes around to ask which you would expect at 5 star. These were one of the only round of drinks during our stay which came within 10 minutes of ordering, one time I had to go and order again the send drinks back as made wrong cocktail and the icing on the cake was a new pretentious bar man who on our last day at 5.30 said no more drinks yet bar shut at 6pm Previous days we have been served at 5.50pm no problems. I rang to advise of the issue and was told by a manager that the bar man was wrong and he apologised and a bottle was brought to the room. The 17th floor again service is slow as 6 members of staff but no one knowing what they are doing. The pool also I believe is dirty first thing on 2 mornings dirt all over bottom of pool.and pool was cloudy .Why doesn’t a 5 star have a robotic cleaner to drop in at night. Plus the Astro turf surround is a breeding ground for germs. Breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. The lifts as I said are so slow and to be honest all need a refresh as doors are scratched and chipped. Sorry Gran I don’t know how you have 5 stars Just about gets 4 for me

An iconic marmite building but great inside! Fantastic sea view from my large and comfortable room with a skandi feel. Lovely bathroom with everything you could need. Comfy bed but pillows a bit hard. Loved the sunbathing deck off the pool bar area but at times it was difficult to get a sun bed due to restricted space. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Good food. Particularly liked the location, close to town but away from cruise visitors, right by the beach. Not quite 5 stars but an excellent 4!
