Hotel muito bom, quarto amplo, muito bem limpo, excelente noites de sono. Fácil acesso para restaurantes as cidades vizinhas. Muito bom atendimento no front desk. Recomendo este hotel, e certamente numa outra oportunidade ficarei hospedado nele novamente.

Everything was beyond great! Everybody was so professional and friendly. Clean, neat and beautiful property. Breakfast was great. 24 hours fresh coffee… Pool area was clean. I really liked the new renovated hotel!

Find A Different Place to Stay

While this location may have recently undergone a major facelift, our visit left much to be desired. Having lodged at this location for several weekend getaways, we were not expecting the lovely renovations. We were greeted by a smiling face at the front desk. She handed me our keys, and quickly asked “Will you be parking with us?” Nah. I figured we would park up the road and walk down. Of course we parking there!! “There is a $10 charge for self-parking.” Since when? Why? What is the point in even working toward maintaining the Diamond membership level? Whatever. We couldn’t leave at that point. Upon entering our room (which was not the one I requested via the app) we were surprised to see the wonderful changes that had been made. Very lovely, and bright room. Our kids enjoyed the pool for a couple of hours, and then it was time for the manager’s reception. The gentleman behind the bar was cordial, but seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. There was no longer credit card/ point of sale equipment behind the bar, so cash only. “Does this location still have an ATM?” They do! You just have to walk to the other end of the building, to the lobby of the adjoining property. They did have a selection of complementary finger foods, including meatballs, cheese cubes with crackers, and chips with salsa, and all were good. The cleanliness of the bar area left a bit to be desired, as the coolers appeared to be covered in drywall dust from the renovations. We ordered in dinner and went back to the room. The bed was very comfortable, and we fell asleep quickly. We stayed that way until the door slamming and boisterous laughing and yelling began, at around 2.00 AM. Why a hotel would allow this kind of ridiculous behavior to continue for more than about one minute, is beyond me. However, it persisted for about 30-40 minutes before eventually coming to an end. The final blow came with breakfast. Let’s hurry down for some made-to-order omelettes! Sure! You just have to wait for plates. And wait, and wait. Then when the stacks of paper plates show up, they are quickly scavenged up, and the wait continues. You would think that a hotel offering breakfast, would take into consideration the number of plates they may need. The number of rooms, multiplied by the max occupancy of those rooms, and then maybe add 100 extra for good measure. There was one man, again overwhelmed, trying to make omelettes for dozens of people. Why? If you’re that understaffed, DON’T OFFER THE SERVICE! Our family takes these weekend trips a few times a year, but this was to be the last one for quite a while. I would like to thank you for making it an absolute failure. There are so many other Hilton options in the area. I suggest finding one of those, and avoiding this one like the plague. Seriously. $10 to self-park? Ridiculous!

Staff was very helpful and respectful. It made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The complimentary drinks at the bar was fantastic. David behind the bar was great and made the evenings the best part of the stay.

Incredible place!

Everything about this hotel was impressive - staff was wonderful! Made to Order breakfast was incredible. However, David (kitchen supervisor) is the hidden gem of this place. He was the bartender and went above and beyond to make our stay complete. He’s the man! Ask for his “unicorn drink” - thank me later.
