Excelente estadia, tudo novinho e limpo. Café da manhã muito bem servido no estilo buffet. Quarto super espaçoso e confortável, impecável! O único item que não agradou foi o estacionamento de $25./dia, muito caro!
Have a plan B.

I booked this hotel in June for August for me and my kids, only for us to arrive after travelling for more than 12hrs plus transit time at 2.05am in the morning to be told by one rude staff that the hotel was fully booked, meanwhile I was sent an email to choose my room which did. I showed the receptionist my booking/confirmation number and all correspondence emails I received, he still went ahead with no single empathy to tell me that there's nothing he could do about it. I insisted on speaking to the manager and he said the manager was not in and when he saw that I wasn't bulging, sat down and was ready to cause disruption, he called a lady who was stylishly rude and apologise and offered me a different hotel. I went there the next day after I found out that they charged my account $171 for no show considering the fact that I showed up, met this lovely lady who checked after taking my confirmation number and saw that my booking was still there, I was shocked and speechless. She apologised and immediately applied for a refund and said someone did not do his job. My regret was not getting the name of the silly boy I met on the first day as I would have called him out as he deserves a sack. I flew into Atlanta from London and all I got was a rude staff telling me he can't help me after booking a room well in advance. I can never recommend this hotel to my enemies much more my friends.

The breakfast area seating need to be clean they had stains and spots on it. I would not recommend that hotel for any type of family reunions. Management seem to not be concerned about your issues....
Run down hotel in less than safe area

Could hear band inside restaurant on ground floor from our room on 7 th floor. Got stuck in elevator twice. Paid Parking under hotel dark and smelly from dumpsters next door, felt very unsafe. Corridors hot and humid. Toilet paper holder falling off wall and curtains not attached to rods in several places. Windows dirty and carpet questionable. Hard to believe this was a Hampton Inn and Suites.
Clean your own room, get your own ice ,empty your own trash, and go to the front desk to get towels

I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and have stayed at this hotel on all my trips to Atlanta since it first opened. However, that ends after I check out tomorrow. Hotel staff is unfriendly, more interested in talking and visiting with their friends when they stop by the front desk. If you call down for service or to ask about problem, be prepared to let the phone ring anywhere between 100 and 200 times and to call back several times before anyone answers. I called down at 9:00 AM to have my room cleaned. They said that you had to call before 8:30 in the morning and that it was impossible for them to clean my room. I asked what to do with my trash and dirty towels, they said to put both out in the hall and the trash would be emptied and towels replenished. Trash was emptied but no towels. I call down and they said someone would be up with the towels. After 2 hours I called back and they said if I want towels to come and pick them up myself that they were ready at the front desk. I go down to desk and no one is there even though I was told he wasn't allowed to leave the desk. After 5 more people showed up to check in behind me another 10 minutes or so, he shows up he gives me bath towels, wash cloths but no hand towels. He said after he took care of everyone else that he would get those and that I needed to wait another 10 minutes. I had already waited 10 minutes for him to show up and some people had only been in line behind me for 1 or 2 minutes. Paying $200 a night for no service and no attempt at service made me very disappointed. The ice machines on all 7 floors were broken. The doors were swollen to the rooms and you needed a battering ram to push them open. So if you enjoy paying top dollar for a Hampton Inn, cleaning your own room, emptying your trash and having all requests ignored then this is the hotel for you!
