O hotel está estrategicamente localizado entre o Porsche Expirence Center e o aeroporto de Atlanta. O design e o serviço do hotel seguem o padrão do seu “vizinho”: quarto muito bonito, confortável e bem decorado, equipe educada e prestativa, comida deliciosa no bar do terraço. O hotel ainda oferece transfer para o aeroporto, que nos esperava no horário exato ao agendado. Excelente hotel!!

A Pleasant Stay for an Airport Hotel.

Stayed here because of their Rooftop View overlooking Porsche Track and Airplane landings & takeoff. Overall experience was great, view from the room is cool ( I got the Track View) . Thanks to Zaniaya, she checked me in and she was very kind explaining all the amenities of the hotel. The only thing that I thought it’s a bit weird is that when you order in room dining, it came in a to go box / bag instead of an “in - room dining” tray/table, although There’s nothing wrong with it, but I could’ve done a to go my self downstairs lol. The food was good tho so nothing biggie. They have complimentary airport shuttle starting from 5 am and that is also the reason I stayed there to catch an early morning flight. So to conclude, my stay was pleasant, again I am very happy with the rooftop terrace. Thanks for the hospitality.

What a nightmare! I have to say I do love Kimpton hotels, but this was by far the worst experience for me. Check in was nice and easy and the lady who checked me in was pleasant. I wish she would’ve informed me upon my arrival that the hot water system was inoperable due to weather. It was only after I tried to shower and noticed the water had been running for 10 mins and the water was still ice cold. I stayed in the hotel for two nights and literally had to use baby wipes for personal hygiene. They state on the website they are pet friendly which indeed they are. I was given a bed and bowls for my dog. The only issue is there were no doggie bags to pick up pet waste anywhere throughout the hotel and there was no fenced in area for pet to run around and burn energy. I went to front desk to inquire about when hot water would be back on and it seemed as though the staff didn’t care. They said they didn’t know and it was all of Atlanta, which was not correct. There were other hotels in the vicinity with hot water. They did not attempt to resolve my issue at all in regards to a refund or anything. On the day of my check out, the hot water finally came back on and I attempted to call the front desk for a late check out to shower. I called 5 times and no one answered the phone. The hotel was not busy at all. I went downstairs and I noticed an employee on her phone. I was livid. I gave up, packed my belongings and checked out of the hotel. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they had an option for zero stars I definitely would give that.

The open bathroom layout was not for me

For an airport hotel it's a little more charming than most and the Porsche racetrack right next store is interesting to watch/listen to from the roof deck. So for a 2 night stay it was just fine though I'd never stay there again. The open bathroom in the room is so weird for a couple. Nothing like walking out of the shower and your partner is sitting on the couch watching TV. I prefer a shower and toilet behind a closed door. You step out of the shower next to someone's bedside. The property feels a bit old and outdated. Not luxurious and doesn't have the same quality I feel at other Kimptons.

Friendly and Quiet!

We stayed for its location near the airport. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, AND (nerd alert) The Porche building right across the street is Avenger's HQ. The pool/spa was wonderful. Wasn't that crazy about the restaurant, it was just okay. I would totally stay here again. One caveat, on checking out, double-checks the charges to your room. They were having computer problems and did not have the correct credit card associated with our room. It was someone else's card. Glad we checked!
