Os hotéis da rede Red Roof sempre me surpreendem positivamente como o caso deste. Estacionamento fácil, facilidade no check in (com garrafinhas de água de brinde para associados). Atendimento rápido. Quartos bem amplos e limpos e boa localização.

Amazing staff and place

I stayed at this hotel due to personal emergency. The staff at the front desk, Angel, sandy, Mandy and Suzie were unbelievably amazing multiple times. They helped me so much with extending my stay and providing medical supplies when my boyfriend had a motorcycle accident. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy. Those women truly restored my faith in stranger kindness. My life has fallen apart and they have been a godsend. Im planning to apply to work here. I want to work with people that are this wonderful to someone simply in need. The staff truly deserve a raise. My name is April Lopez and I stayed in room 115.

Dirty Hotel, Not a maintained Building, my bathroom wasn’t clean bottom bathroom door missing paint. stains on door and door frame.. AirConditioner loud, made rattling sound when on, paint splatter on the floor of the elevator and in lobby Air Vents in ceiling dirty…

The room was basic but pleasant and the equipment in it (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv, safe, hair dryer) all worked. The safe was missing a number 2 button though. Housekeeping is only every 3 days. The bed was comfortable and clean, including the mattress. Very little counter space by the sink, but I liked that it was outside the toilet/shower area. I would consider staying here again.

Mrs.Monica was an amazing receptionist and consulted us very well , super nice and very helpful … just awesome !! She made our day and made our stay even more enjoyable , big thank you too her and We’ll definitely come back to visit again.
