Ótimo atendimento. Quarto bom,com cozinha bem equipada com utensílios e eletrodomésticos. A única desvantagem é quando precisamos de algo (jogo de lençóis pro sofá-cama, por exemplo) temos que buscar na recepção. O café da manhã é ótimo, como todos os outros hotéis da rede.
Good hotel but has one major problem

Stayed at this hotel a couple nights while visiting Austin. The staff, location and cleanliness are all good. That said, there is a tree obstructing the sign for this hotel so if you are not familiar with the area and arrive at night, it can be quite difficult to actually find this hotel. I literally had to walk into the hotel to ask if this was the TownePlace as there is NO sign by the door or in front of reception. When I asked about this the staff told me there is a bush (tree) covering the main sign - to which I said "Well what good does that do anyone in finding this place?" Cut it down and plant a new one somewhere else on the property. The tree literally blocks 99% of the sign.
The staff us useless, and very unhelpful. Stay someplace else.

The staff could not be less helpful. I was connected with reservations onsite while trying to adjust a reservation from 4 days down to 2. On-site reservations at this hotel could not even honor the original rate for a Titanium Elite member. Nice customer service for amount of money I spend with you hotel chain. Spend your money someplace else, plenty of other higher quality Marriott hotels in the area.

I just realized why I'm so upset again the initial thread in this email is you stating "Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. I understand how inconvenient the water issue was, that's why our Assistant GM and myself offered to move you to a different room a few different times during your stay. I know you we could have provided you the comfort level you have grown to expect with Marriott. " You are Blaming me, holding the paying customer in contempt for poor business practices. I wasn't even informed until Sunday evening at 9:30pm that your maintenance man couldn't fix it until Monday so at the very least 2 of these nights are absolutely on TownePlace. The other two nights I guess might be my fault since I have deep rooted fear and anxiety issues that inhibit me from a normal pattern of life and refused to move to the room you were treating with ozone to mask the smell of water damage. I absolutely Love to Write and My Best Friend and Rabbi has been insisting that I do so more often... at least he will be pleased. Shalom
Worst customer service by hotel manager

Let me start by saying we stayed at this location while moving and going thru some stressful personal situations.. my partner went for a walk smoking and brought back the can he ashes his cigarette in without thinking and threw it in garbage in room. I was mediating with an incense in the room on the nightstand. The next day we got hit with a $256 room damage fee since the housekeeper seen the ash of the incense and said it was heavily smoked in. First off if the room had been smoked in the alarms would have went off, which they DIDNT. I called to speak with the manager and he was rude, condescending and completely unprofessional! I am a business traveler that is on the road 80% of my time and even in the worst hotel have not experienced that level unprofessional conduct. There are so many other hotels and options in that area I would encourage you to explore them and avoid this place as long as he is in charge, his management style is reflected in his staff.
