O pessoal da recepçao era muito gentil e educado, nos oferecendo toda a ajuda necessaria. O nosso apartamento era ao terreo e se mostrava confortavel, com uma limpeza aceitavel. A localizaçao é perfeita para quem visita Avignon.

Maybe other rooms are nicer?

Room wasn't dirty, but wouldn't say clean either. The extra bed was broken, and was propped up with a piece of wood, that would collapse & cause the whole mattress to fall onto the floor. Kitchen & toilet stank.

We booked this suite via interned as one-night stay during our France round-trip by rental car. We are glad with our choice - it exactly matched to our expectation. We need one night comfortable stay for four adults, shower, secured car parking, breakfast - that's all. We got it in full there. Additionally - positive and helpful owner (I think he's owner) on reception. He met us as old good friends without any obtrusiveness, answered any questions and ensured himself thoroughly that everything is OK for us. Apartments - two rooms plus bathroom and kitchen corner, definitely enough for short stay. Pleasant and small courtyard in front of entrance - for individual (or 2-3 persons) beer-drinking in late evening. Air conditioners, water and kitchen equipment worked perfectly. Breakfast - country style, not too huge but enough (anyway we did not want to eat until we reached Nice that day). Wi-fi - free and ok. Location - so-so: 20 minutes footstep walk from Old City, route is not picturesque (along railway station backside) but we agreed to it in advance considering good car connectivity (enter and leave Avignon) and care parking. So my advice - if you do not expect too much - you are recommended to book this hotel. Silent, cozy, country-styled with good service and positive-mind people.

We stayed here because we could not find any other hotel in Avignon (Rose festival and Ascension weekend). It was terrible. The kitchen was a dirty coffee pot, a few dirty dishes, a sink, a little refridgerator, and a tiny micro wave. The beds were awful. It is right next to the train tracks. A very small TV with limited channels, but it did have WIFI. The bathroom was marginal. Read the reviews and do not trust the descriptions on web sites.
