Start now this hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Bandung. The hotel strategically located in center of Bandung The lobby was full when we came in, understandably because the hotel frequently used for wedding purpose and the check-in went smoothly and quick and we headed to our room. The prestige room we reserved had a city view with hills as the backdrop, stunning view. We had gift surprise by the Duty Manager in our room. My daugther loved the cake and she cant wait to go to swimming. The room was clean and spacious enough and the TV has many channel The breakfast lots of options and mostly delicious. All the food taste just right, not to bland and not to salty. Every talent at this hotel was helpfull and took obvious pride in their work. We met Securities, receptionist, Housekeeping, Restautant servers etc and thanks to Ms Chaca to make such an awesome arrangement for us. She’s indeed a wonderful individual and reflects the hospitaly image of the hotel very well. Valuable asset to the company. Perhaps one thing fall short is the wifi can be stronger and faster I Hope to be able to stay at Mercure Nexa Bandung again
we came to check in at 14:15 but we had to wait 2 hours, he said the room was still in the cleaning process. And worse is our car parked in the next building because the parking area is full. When the car is taken from the next building, we have to wait a long time, at which time we want to hurry to the event until we are forced to take a grab. Very unsatisfactory service
Overall we are happy for stay at Mercure Nexa Bandung Supratman . All the staff are very friendly much help us during we stayed at Mercure Nexa Bandung Supratman. A varied and unique breakfast menu serving traditional food. comfortable, pleasant hotel atmosphere and clean rooms. Thank you for the pleasure.
A BAD EXPERIENCE from the VERY START
Stayed 2 nights at this hotel hoping to get a great weekend escape which actually turned out the other way around. Upon check in the reception staff informed me that all Non Smoking rooms were full and I was going to be allocated to a Smoking Room. I was furious as I did not book any Smoking Room and I told him that I could get sick if I was exposed to such bad air conditions. Eventually he gave me a Non Smoking room which was appreciated but nevertheless gave me a very bad first impression. The room itself was pretty standard, but BEAWARE LIGHT SLEEPERS! the rooms are POORLY SOUNDPROOFED! You can actually hear the conversations from the hallway and neighbouring rooms loud and clear, including water running when your neighbours turn the tap of their bathroom. So light sleepers should RECONSIDER this issue when booking. One reason why I booked this hotel is beacause the property had a 24 hour gym. The equipments were very standard. They had 2 treadmills that were FAULTY and needed maintenance. Those treadmills had a loud squeeky noise and while running on it the machine could STOP SUDDENLY at whatever minute it wanted to - which is a hazard to accidents. I almost fell off because of this. I reported this issue to the receptionist but didn't manage to resolve it - I went back the next day and used the treadmill and experienced the same problem. THE HOTEL SHOULD NOT OPERATE FAULTY EQUIPMENTS HAZARDOUS TO ACCIDENTS!! Another peculiar thing is that the gym does not provide towels and must request to housekeeping. I mean come on you guys! A gym is a place where people sweat and towels should become a standard amenity. I've been to many hotels that operate a 24 hour gym and ONLY AT THIS HOTEL I have to make a pre-order of towel to house keeping before I work out (LOL)!! The hotel serves a good breakfast spread but expect slow service during peak hours. The floor of the breakfast table I used was messed up with crumbles of cornflakes left from the previous occupier (photos attached). I had to ask at least 5 people on service that morning just to have it cleaned up which is UNACCEPTABLE. Although this hotel is relatively new and is considered a 4 star hotel, the Accor group should consider to have an overall service audit on this property.
I spent a couple of days at this hotel last month . I enjoyed the comfort of the well -equipped room as well as the very good breakfasts . Special thanks to Siti at the front desk who kindly helped me to organise my outing to Ciwidey and my return trip to Jakarta. She did a great job. Terima kasih banyak
