the worst hotel I have ever been to

very dirty place with broken furniture, sofas dark with dirt and termites. on the first night, I listened for several hours to a showdown between the staff and the visitor, which is extremely unprofessional. I booked through Adoga but when I arrived I was asked to pay extra for the room because the price on the website is too low. You can find a much better place for this price.

Don’t stay here. Liars, cheaters, and false advertisers. Advertised with breakfast included yet they denied they serve at all and promised to refund my money (Even swore on video recording) and then of course denied the promise. They wouldn’t even serve it to me when I offered to pay (and of course didn’t tell me the night before so I could make other plans). Terrible customer service, rude, continued to lie to me many different times to just get me to leave the counter. Also, not one staff wore a mask in the middle of a global pandemic (despite advertised as “sanitized stay”). Many better options in Silom.

The room was dirty, especially the sheets... The only thing that is good about this place is location. You get what you pay for and this hotel is a living proof of that. I would rather pay a bit more and stay at another hotel.

Dirty sheets. Dirty bed. Dirty walls. Don't book. I really don't think this place is a good value of money. The photos are not accurate depictions of the rooms. I think OYO should not allow this hotel to continue operate under their name.

we had booked for 3 persons. it was very big room, big beds and clean. Bathroom fittings were good. there was mini fridge, cupboard, sofa, tv etc. in the room. Location was good. All types of shops available near to the hotel. It was a fantastic place to stay. It was the best out of 8 hotels we booked in our trip.
