Hotel in general ok !! Room umm Staff umm parking good location good price fair +- 900 b /d Let me explain . Starting with room for a place to sleep ok to stay for 2 day or more fair but ensure that the door lock can be opened from outside ( difficult ) and that the door chain inside is not broken off and not repaired ceilings Wow needs repair and bathroom shower well let's say Showered From all over and no hot or warm water Rest is fair room done . Breakfast was let's say fair to poor if you were a non Thai . Done . Check in staff be very careful here Check your information that if you asked for 2 nights it is WRITTEN 2 nights or you will Have to spend 3 hrs waiting to get your correct recipe for your immergration papers tm30 . All they are interested is money not correcting their mistakes THEY MADE when checking in they were told 2x 2 days and only added one so you will get charged the rest after the fact and get threatened with police been called etc . Money and paying was not the issue paper work was . After the umpteenth time saying correct your paper work and bookings which was I saw changed on the computer the check in man been called from home The mistake was corrected But with 0 apology from present check out staff some of the staff members thought it was a big joke Well that is short story check paper work and terms before leaving checking Will I go back maybe very poor there are cheaper near by who are better at handling foreign people at check in 40/100
Moderate hotel
Near BTS, convenient transportation, fast check in. AC was too old and I couldn’t even control the temperature. Many street foods and 7-11 nearby. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and it was a very nice stay of us.
The rooms are vile
I would give this place zero stars if I could. With the amount of mold in the room, I think you could actually get sick. Look at the pictures to see for yourself if you don’t believe or think I’m over exaggerating. I can’t describe my disgust enough for this place

welcomed back for the 4th time by the same staff a credit to them .still love the SUDA PALACE reminds me of old colonial buildings . bell boy was great and nothing too much trouble .. alarm call came 5 minutes early so was in plenty of time to get to airport to pick up friends flying in from up country
Nice and good location
I've been here twice and I stay on the weekend because this hotel is quite near to chatuchak weekend market. You can go to the market by tuk-tuk from hotel or by bus. Located behind BIG C supermarket and you can find a lot of street food in the morning.
