SATISFATÓRIO, ACONCHEGANTE E UMA CAMA PERFEITA

Escolhi esta acomodação em virtude do preço, fotos, ar condicionado e cama king, localização próximo à estação do BTS. A localização não foi das melhores para mim; talvez teria optado por ficar mais central. O quarto, porém, foi mais que excelente! Um sono incrível; cama muito boa, ar condicionado super eficiente e silencioso, travesseiros e edredom maravilhosos. O banheiro era até bem acabado. A ducha era fraca. O Frigobar estava fedendo a camarão, pelo que solicitamos a troca, mas não resolveram esta situação. Diária sem café da manhã. O quarto tem recipiente para esquentar água. O hotel fornece chás e cafés instantâneos de cortesia. Duas garrafas de água são oferecidas diariamente como cortesia. Pessoal simpático.

The location is right next to the BTS station, cleanness and size of the room is amazing, it's really value for money.. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is not a big deal, my opinion just go for a room without breakfast.

The quality of this place keeps falling down. Two years ago it was an awesome value for money but now, rooms are not properly cleaned, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, aircon is blowing directly on your bed (making night sleep uncomfortable). Bathtub is narrow (with no reason, bathroom itself is huge). Water in the shower is not going away. Almost everything is falling apart. Shower door is barely working. Sewage is bad as I've already told. Towel hangers are falling down from a simple touch. Soap holder in the shower is unable to hold their own shampoos and shower gels. Electric kettle is not working. All these things could be fixed cheap and easy. But they were not. Therefore I have to rank it as 2*. Location is great, well, you can not spoil that even if you try really hard.

Budget hotel in Sathon, a stones' throw from the BTS station

Decent hotel situated in the Sathon area of Bangkok. Centrally accessible and very close (50 mtrs) from the Surasak BTS station. Very close to the South Sathon main road makes getting public transport easy. Hotel is very basic , take the larger rooms in case a larger no. of people traveling. Suites have a dedicated kitchenette area with microwave and tea / coffee maker and refrigerator and the room is overall more spacious. All rooms are equipt with running hot water, cable TV and decent bathrooms. Not so great part is that there isn't a dedicated restaurant but they rely on an annexed cafe that serves up some decent organic food but its on the pricier side and no local cuisine options. This also means there isn't any room service. Also the service could be a bit better in terms of being a bit more cooperative. We were travelling with an infant , and were 5-10 mins delayed for breakfast and were not served complimentary breakfast. These small gestures can go a long way in making customers delighted than just about satisfied with a stay. I would however recommend this place if looking to be somewhere central in town and traveling with a smaller group or as a couple.

Nice room, but with above average service

Like: 1) Helpful and friendly staffs. 2) Big room (and bathroom), as well as big bed. 3) Very close to BTS Station - like @ 5 minutes walk. 4) Very close to convenience shop and eating places. 5) Minor, but good to have - a box of tissues in the room/ 6) Walking distance to BTS Saphan Taksin (= 1 BTS stop away), where one can take the free boat service to the latest Iconsiam. No Like: 1) Housekeeping needs to be improved. One day, no liquid body soap and shampoo. Another day, no towels and floor mat. Also, the floor wasn't swept or mopped in days (or more!) and was dusty. Had to inform the reception to get the housekeeping staff to mop the floor. 2) No safe box (Note: Also my bad, as I didn't check the review properly before booking the place) 3) The bathroom has no place to hang the bath towels. The towel hanger is also too short to fit in more than 1 towel. Further Improvement - I think the reception area needs some nice decor to boost up the ordinariness of the place.
