AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! If I could give this property 0 Stars I would. They refused to check my guest in without me present. I drove for an hour to the property to be told when I was 10 minutes away the person checking me in told me he had somewhere else to be. He then proceeded to cancel my booking and left my guest and 2 young children stranded. On top of cancelling my booking they have still not refunded me after 20 days. Awful service!

Comfortable Stay

We rented 2 bedroom apartment for family of 4 as well as 1 bedroom for family of 2 for 4 nights, in Crompton House. We booked direct but compared price with Booking.com who had actually listed 1 bedroom apartment to have en suite shower which wasn't true and we pointed this out. Apartments were comfortable and convenient for our needs with all necessary things, fridge, microwave, cooker, washing machine had built in dryer, one double bed, 2 twin beds have to request and had additional put up bed, 1 bedroom had double bed and large sofa bed in lounge both had 1 TV, parking was in Public car park with daily charge from 8 am till 6.30 pm free on Sundays, we faced car park and wasn't noisy and there were plenty of shops on High St for supplies and take away pizza etc and Tube Station was 5/10 min walk we used tube to go to the Theatre in Leicester Square about 35/40 min journey. Apartments were very hot as very hot weekend and only one 1 fan in 2 bedroom, one fan was broken as was one lamp not working, there were enough bath towels and hand towels, could do with a long mirror for getting dressed. Blinds for the windows are vertical office type and didn't actually close properly and let light in very early morning could actually have better fitted curtains. there was a lift and secure door so felt safe. 2 bedroom had a very small safe but we didn't use it. Staff at check in were very polite and helped with heavy bags and we didn't need to use cleaner. Would stay here again.

Nice apartment well laud out and confortable ..off the high street ..clean and tidy ...parking is an issue though but all in all not a bad place .. pricing is a bit high .. nice experience all said and done

Absolutely recommend staying here !! I'm originally from good old BARNET so I knew the exact location. The apartments are facing the high-street (start off). They are in walking distance to a train station, buses & shops. You have everything you need on your door step🤓 even a carvery/pizza place, Chinese & Indian. I could not fault the location. The apartment are well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer & fridge freezer. A working cooker, oven & heating 😁 we had a cleaner although you need to ring down & request her, we never did as we were on the go..........The noise, we heard some traffic from the road although it never bothered us or interupped any sleep. Good wifi, safety deposit box & a secure building. Parking - there is parking althou need to pay in advance on line. I believe the apartment should provide free parking considering we paid £100 a night ! We paid in advance although still recieved 2 fines that we are battling. Apart from the parking issue.. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed for one week 3 years ago, liked the apartment and have just completed another week this year in May. Again we found plenty of room with most of the basic necessities provided. The apartment building itself is quite secure and also quiet, no noise from within. The Apartment was serviced with a change of linen, towels etc once during our stay. Also the Apartment is a short walk from High Barnet Tube station. A few negatives this time - Bedroom rather hot and not practical to have the window open as apartment 8 overlooks the High Street. wifi was weak. Upon arrival we found the hot water heater unit not working correctly, check in staff were unable to fix and an engineer was called. This process took about 3 hours. I recommend a fan for the bedroom and more prevenitive maintenance of the hotwater System. I would still recommend as a reasonable place to stay.
