Excelente custo beneficio para 3 dias
Encontramos nele um bom hotel pelo valor que gostaríamos de pagar 60,00 euros por noite para duas pessoas. É um hotel limpo, tranquilo, charmoso e próximo a padarias, restaurantes e transporte público. Vale a pena para quem Quiser economizar. Tem um café da manhã básico de 3,5 euros e um buffe um pouco melhor por 9,00. Excelente ducha!
Good Value Hotel
Nada a reclamar sobre o hotel em si. Boa equipe de recepção e check in / check out fáceis. 11 Euros por noite para manter o carro seguro foi um pouco exagerado - não me atrevi a arriscar estacionar na rua já que a área é algo estranha e os padrões de condução na área são mais Turquia do que qualquer outra coisa. Boa localização para transporte. A pequena padaria na ao final da rua é de grande valor - café, coca-cola, donut & croissant - 4 euros! A área em que o hotel está é meio intimidante às vezes - sempre tive a minha guarda enquanto a pé e na estação de metro. Isto não é culpa do hotel, é claro.
Adorei o hotel, bom pequeno almoço, excelente quarto e boa casa de banho, bom atendimento, bom wi-fi no quarto pago, wi-fi na área de lazer (entrada) grátis. O hotel é bonito e moderno. Voltarei com toda a certeza.
Smoky dirty room, manager and staff rude, defensive
Worst place I have stayed in ten years, which isn't saying much given I am a frequent business traveller (book at least 75+ hotel rooms a year). I was asked at the last minute to replace a colleague at meetings in Berlin, only to find out that everything was booked solid in the Neukolln area. My colleague booked this hotel at the last minute for me, with an apology, as nothing else was available near the Estrel Convention Center and I ended up here in a smoky, dirty room. Worst situation was that the staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived in the early afternoon, and took a taxi to the hotel, arriving around 12:15pm. I asked if an early check-in was possible, and they said there were no clean rooms yet. I asked if I could fill out the paperwork and leave luggage, as I had meetings all afternoon and a dinner scheduled in the evening, so I wouldn't be back until after 10pm. When I arrived back at 10:30pm, I was offered a dirty room that reeked of cigarette smoke (blood and some sort of black dirt on the sheets, food on the curtains, dead fly on the ceiling, clumps of someone else's hair in the bed and on the toilet seat). The worst for me was the smoke smell, as I am a non-smoker and several colleagues also attending the same meeting also smelled the room and said it was disgusting. I asked if another room was available and they said no. I asked if there was a manager who could come talk to me, and they said no. I asked why the internet didn't work, and they said they had no idea why the internet didn't work, but I could pay for an ‘upgrade’ if I wanted. I had to go downstairs no less than five times because the room key they gave me didn't work, the internet didn't work, the room stank... the staff were rude and disinterested. The next morning when asked to speak to the manager about the situation, she was also defensive, rude and didn’t even acknowledge a problem when I showed her the room and explained that for someone who doesn’t smoke, a room that smells that strongly of smoke is completely unacceptable. She offered to spray some air freshener and marched out. Please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else! I would not judge this to be a 3 star hotel, unless they can bring the standard up.
2 night stay
The room was really nice and spacious, however there could have been air con or a fan as it was quite warm at night. The staff were ok, they didn’t make much conversation. The location is ok, 2 minute walk to Lidl which is convenient and also 2 minutes to the next underground station. The first night we were in our room, a member of staff let themselves in without knocking as he wanted to fix a window, his English wasn’t perfect so we didn’t know what he was talking about. Luckily we were clothed, but I thought this was bad that there was no communication to let us know about this as it was only after that we realised the window was broken and did not close properly. Overall the hotel was nice and in a ok location.
