Room was very comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly, courteous and available. Restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal, best crab cake sandwich and burger , Brussel sprouts and the service and waitstaff was exceptional. Would highly recommend a stay .
Maskless reunion 9/17/21

So far the service has been fantastic. Rooms are nice happy to be with family. I am however extremely upset that Marriott management would allow customer service staff to be exposed to Covid as the reunion 1965 guests go about the common areas maskless in spite of hotel guarantee that masks are required in common areas. Staff should not have to deal with or police this selfish behavior.
Soap scented with frankincense

The soap they give you is scented with frankincense and patchouli . It’s absolutely disgusting when we asked for soap we were told they had nothing else . The bath gel is eucalyptus I am allergic to it. No one in our party can use the bath products .
Relaxing and solid Marriott experience

I had modest expectations for the hotel, based on some reviews, and came away pleasantly surprised by the good customer service across the board and relaxing comfort of our stay. The pool was clean and not too packed. Gym was larger and well equipped compared to most comparable hotels. There was a convenient option to order food to go for pick up at the front desk—a nice option to minimize contact. M Club (located on the first floor) provided access to the buffet breakfast in the restaurant plus 24-hour access to bottled water, soft drinks, lattes from an Illy machine, sparkling water, yogurt and snacks. A mobile key through the Bonvoy app was a nifty idea but mine was a bit finicky. A backup key card ended up being easier. The food at the restaurant was quite good, which was great for evenings when we didn’t feel like driving out for dinner.
Customer service and clean suites helped me relax

Upon arrival Victor at check in was exceptional. Acting as both the check in agent and concierge was a welcoming surprise especially during this time of COVID and staff shortages. In short. The suites are roomy which for me is perfect for business. The housekeeping staff provided daily service and was respectful of timely room inspections. I even extended my stay. 😄oh Also the in room suite televisions had clean remote controls and cable that was not blotchy or non working.
