Stayed here with friends and family The bad bits: the photos dont show the need basic maintenance and long overdue modernising for rooms and some areas. Silly things like toilet roll holders in the more public areas not held properly to the wall and bins not emptied (e.g at the beach hut toilets) - a high class hotel would normally be on top of this. The exception: 2 years of covid make it unfair to expect everything will be in top form. Even staying in business must be a miracle, let alone finding the money and even the staff to get things back into shape. The good bits: Staff - unbelievable, all of them, they made our stay a real treat. The grounds are simply breathtaking. Mo words, beautiful. 3 swimming pools!! Amazing kids pool. Fabulous restaurant and food to go with it - I ate too much. Very good rooms Lots of good covered parking. Close to shops and bars. As a holiday the experience was 10/10. I hope in 2 or 3 years time it will be a fully refurbished hotel, then everyone will be happy.

Amazing stuff but needs renovating

Initially I had given the hotel a 1 star review however the manager approached us at breakfast time and expressed her concern with my review. I would like to express the staff are amazing, they couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried. The hotel has a brilliant set up for families; playground, 3 pools, private beach, restaurants, children's club and a cafe at the beach. The food was lovely, however it would be good if quorn options were available to vegetarians. Housekeeping constantly check the rooms for towels and other supplies. The only downside was the ants in the room that ruint my sleep as the ants were coming onto the bed. The tiles in the shower had a lot of damp on them. Housekeeping did try to clean them however it is in-built. I can appreciate the hotel was hit by covid but I hope they will renovate the rooms and the grounds.

Not bad, but definitely overpriced

The resort is generally well maintained, especially the outdoor/garden areas, but the rooms are rather small and basic, including a tiny bathroom, which is not the kind of confort you would expect for a room rate of almost 400 US$ per day. The beach area is ok, but would have been better to have more space between the sun beds, as they are pretty close and do not offer much intimacy. The only real pluses I can mention are: (1) the breakfast quality; (2) the very attentive staff. For fairness sake, it has to be said that most of the beach hotels along the Italian coastline are overpriced and offer rather modest confort for the money. Unfortunatelly, Marina Di Bibbona does not offer many “to do” options, but Cecina, which is 15 minutes drive away, has considerable better choices, including some really good dining places.

A Top Hotel at the sea/ 2 swimming pools/ a good buffet restaurant. Big green area with nice trees and garden. Very good and nice reception/ service and staff and relax animationteam. Cleaning excellent. Good WiFi. Option: football/ tennis field

I didn't know the existence of this Hotel and I would like to recommend it to you if you need a stop and relax from your daily life or daily grind. We came here unknowingly and we were delightfully in awe of the place (the location in wonderful with all its pine trees...) and the service
