The first room we were given was unclean and we were offered another room which wasn't much of an improvement. Housekeeping NEEDS some training as the hotel is disgusting. Had to wipe everything down and do some more cleaning before settling in. The car park is filthy, filled with old children's toys and rubbish. The hotel had young children loitering around and their shoes scattered in the corridors. It resembled more of a hostel than a hotel. Everything was just dirty. If you value cleanliness this is NOT the hotel for you.

Young man at reception greeted us very warmly thats where the good part of our stay ended. Our room felt dirty and uncared for, the curtains were hanging off the rail, there was a hole in the bathroom door, carpet very stained, I went to make some coffee NO milk asked at reception (now a sour faced lady was told housekeeping would bring us still waiting next morning. The Bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable also the sheets were too small for the bed did not sleep at all, Asked if we could change rooms and was just told NO. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels .then this before.
Worse experience ever !!
Unprofessional. Greeted with grumpy faces.My friend got stuck twice in the bathroom as door had no handle. Hair in the shower. To top it off we got stuck in the lift for more than 30 minutes. Reception kept putting phone down on us instead of giving us reassurance that things will be fine especially when one of us is asthmatic. They even lied to us saying they have calling emergency service.Upon coming out there was not a single apology not even an offer of a glass of water.We tried to talk to the guy in charge but he just walked away. Very unprofessional bunch. If anyone deserves a star in this hotel it is the cleaning lady.She was the only one that stops in her way to greet you and talk to you.
Worse hotel I've stayed in
No welcome on arrival just a sour face. The whole place smelt like people had been smoking weed No handle on bathroom door told our on fault 🤔 health and safety didn't even matter to them even when I got stuck in there. Then the lift got stuck with us in it and we were told after they struggled getting us out that we should be grateful after 3/4 hr with no communication from them. Would never stay there again and would advise anyone thinking of staying there think again Manners cost nothing
Terrible hotel , staff need training in customer service
This hotel is absolutely, the worse I have ever , stayed in , on arrival no hello welcome instead we had miserable faces , smell off weed in corridors, bed duvet filthy, shower sounded like it was going to explode , we were a group off 8 women and booked 4 rooms and all the rooms were the same , one room had no handle on bathroom Door and one off the ladies got stuck in bathroom for ages waiting on maintenance to come and rescue her , no sorry about this or are u ok , then we got stuck in lift (my worse fear in life )no air at all , no communication on how manager was dealing with situation,40 minutes later we are out , being my worse fear and having asthma lucky I need not pass out , no how are u or nothing just there is the stairs , we went to reception to see what was. Going to be said but nothing , all I wanted was are u all ok and would you like a drink off water , but no , customer service was the worse I have ever encountered in my life , being 50 years old , I have stayed at quit a lot off places , and this was the WORSE think staff need training on customer service ....... we gave them 3 chances for some sort off communication on this but clearly they did not care
