Great hotel for the business traveler

Stayed one night while in town on business. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and super helpful. The manager's reception in the evening included a soup and salad bar which was perfect for dinner. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

It's so refreshing to have a warm, cheery greeting when you walk into a hotel, and Front Desk Manager, Cinnamon, genuinely provided that. When I showed concern about finding an obscure cemetery in a rural part of southern Indiana, Cinnamon researched routes and directions for me which was such a tremendous help! With the information Cinnamon provided, I was able to relax and get a good night's sleep confident that I would now be able to find my way the next morning. Since I had to leave very early, I went to the breakfast room unsure if I would be able to get coffee or a bite to eat before heading out. The young lady there was so hospitable and offered food and drink all the while she was setting up for the breakfast service. I was tremendously impressed by both Cinnamon at the Front Desk and also the Breakfast Room Hostess (whose name I fail to remember). They each showed genuine care, concern, professionalism, and service beyond what would be expected. Their warmth, together with an immaculate suite, were welcome respites. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed overnight on a short trip to see a concert in Nashville. Highly recommend this property! Checkin was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. All employees very nice and considerate.

Do not stay here. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

0- This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked in after an IU football game. We checked in roughly around 9PM and was greeted pleasant by the front desk young lady. The lobby is nice and the sitting area is relaxing. Unfortunately, that was the last pleasant part of our stay. The rooms are in need of refreshing. The room phones and air conditioning are so old they have that faded beige color. When we moved into our first room, yes, our first room, the bathroom was not clean and there was a urine stain on the comforter. The house phone did not work and I had to use my cell phone to call and let them know. Again, the night shift attendant was very kind and apologetic and arranged for us to move to our second room. When we got to our second room, my daughter pulled down the light/fan switch to turn it on, and sparks flew and it shocked her finger. She went to the sink to run cold water on it and there was no cold water. I then called back to the front desk, and told her what had happened now. She arranged for us to move to a third room. She called her manager and arranged for us to be comped that evenings stay and not be charged the following two nights as I had told her that we would not be staying the final two nights and would like a refund for those days as well. Again, the third shift desk staffer was very friendly and apologetic. Then when we got into the third room, we were exhausted, got into bed and want to relax and the TV in the bedroom did not work. The next morning, a different front desk attendant was very apologetic, kind. I asked for a receipt showing we were not being charged for the fist night and not being charged for the following two. She gladly printed me a receipt and apologized. That’s were the frustration should’ve ended not it did not. A few days later, I called to make sure I would be getting a refund. I was concerned and rightfully so. I spoke with “Cinnamon” who was less helpful nor pleasant. I told her what had happened and that I was calling to verify my refund. After going around and around with her and not getting anywhere, I asked for her Supervisor. Her name I found out is Melissa and she is as not available, she was in a meeting and would call me back in a few minutes. I gave her my email address as well. I received neither. This morning I called back and asked for Melissa and was told she would be out for the day. I then asked for the contact information for Melissa’s Supervisor. Cinnamon told me she doesn’t know who that is or their contact information. She was very dismissive. Later, I learned that all I needed to do was contact Hotels.com to get my refund. If I had not done this, I would’ve not gotten one. I don’t understand how this hotel has such high reviews.

Nice room, other things need attention

The room was very clean and roomy. It was great having a little kitchen. The pool and hot tub were out of order and not disclosed before booking. The manager gave the kids free snacks as an apology, which was kind. The breakfast was alright, but not very hot. The little omelets and coffee were good. The water in the rooms tasted yucky--like dirt. Overall my family loved staying here.
