Breakfast NOT offered as advertised as an amenity. Sign at check in states due to COVID we are not serving breakfast. If that is the case then WHY was the staff not wearing Face Coverings or was there Hand sanitizer available in the so called kitchen or even the front desk.

This property is very well kept. Pool looked inviting although no one was using it. The room was showing a little age. One of the beds was pretty squeaky with a metallic clanking sound. But my biggest problem is not serving a hot breakfast that is advertised. All of these owners are using the Covid virus as an excuse to save money by not offering a hot breakfast. This owner did not ever offer a brown bag breakfast. Only coffee and juice were offered.

first breakfast was supposed to be offer per the website but one we got there we were inform breakfast was not included. Bed sheets were dirty there was blood on them , bathroom was dirty you would see the curtain had not being changed, there was marks on the wall at the restroom that looked like blood I had to disinfect the room my self when i think for the price I should not had to do that to feel ok staying there

Room was clean but felt damp even with the AC running - pool was dirty - landscape company was weed eating throwing grass into the pool - we dumped the catch basket twice - no breakfast provided still even tho Texas is 100% open - room rate should have reflected this.

Clean and convenient to I-10. I like that the floors are laminate. They have to be cleaner than carpet. AC unit was overly noisy but kept the room cool. Staff were fine. There is construction on the interstate and there is some noise to contend with.
