The lady who i spoke too not only was RUDE on the phone but won’t honor a refund (we were willing to even receive half a refund) DUE TO THE WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC going on right now. are you kidding me??? the city of boston is SHUT DOWN...we wouldn’t even be able to come and stay even if we wanted to. She claimed we had to call the company where we booked through bc if their “terms and conditions” which I found out was LIE bc when i called the company they told me okay no problem let me call the property directly and see what they say. when they called she “couldn’t understand what was going on”...probably another LIE. when booking.com emailed her she had no problem responding quickly stating we couldn’t get a refund and if we canceled we would have to PAY A CANCELLATION FEE. UNREAL. i’m so disappointed. we didn’t want this to happen...this is all out of our control and who ever we spoke to (management? front desk? idk) was so rude and so unaccommodating. i will never step foot in this establishment and i’ll make sure I tell everyone how UNFAIR and RUDE they were to me.

Amazing gem in Dorchester

This place was such a pleasant surprise! I was expecting a hostel-like environment because it said shared bathrooms. However, there is a bath and a half for two rooms so it was perfect. It felt like I was using a friend's condo in Boston instead of renting a room. The owner provides snacks, coffee, and even eggs! It was absolutely amazing and not dangerous at all, like I read from another review (that person must live in a shell). I also didn't notice that check-out was at 10 am but the owner simply texted me to ask if I want to stay. They were so kind and accommodating to an oversight on my part. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!!

Would not reccomend to anyone ever

The location in Boston did not feel like the safest neighborhood. I would not reccomend walking alone at night. Parking at a Ride Aid to check in is sketchy. The "luxury suite" is a first floor low end apartment. Once entering the apartment we were immediately in a living room where other guests were watching television. Our room was directly off the living room with a thin door with a simple lock and no deadbolt. You could easily hear conversations on the other side of our bedroom door. Very limited privacy. There are no staff members on site. Therefore it is very unsettling not knowing anything about the other guests and having such limited door security. All living spaces were shared except bedroom. I've stayed at places with shared bathrooms before but never with rooms so close together. The room itself was very small and there was nothing luxury about it. There was a bed with a few night stands with a randomly camo colored television in the corner. Due to safety concerns we left immediately and made the hotel aware. I requested a refund and was told they would get back to me and have yet to have an additional reply. $20 additional charge for a second guest. 4 stars is a joke. Entire experience felt like a scam.

super clean, stylish, newly renovated property at a great location, very well stocked kitchen! LOVED it! Great for families and large groups! Very reasonably priced! very convenient location! Will be back

Great place to stay

We had the two bedroom apartment, which was the whole of the second floor, in this lovely old building. It was close to the subway, shops, restaurants and bars. So easy to get into Boston for the day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had plenty of food and beverages for breakfast each day we were there. We did meet the owner who was very helpful when we were asking for directions etc. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wanted a two bedroom apartment just away from Boston itself.
