ice machine didn’t work. stained mattresses, big clump of hair in tub, coffee maker condiments were the open left over ones from the previous guests, fridge had built up ice in the back that was melting all over the floor causing musty smell and there is a hole in the ceiling.

My Sam was very polite welcoming, and courteous. They maintained a clean room. With a professional attitude. And was able to answer any and all questions that I had. They were very welcoming to me and my dog.

Do NOT stay here. We booked this hotel for a family vacation with 3 small children and we’re it not already prepaid we would NOT have stayed here due to the level of DISGUSTINGNESS. The room looked nothing like was portrayed online. The tub didn’t drain. There were bugs in the room. Some kind of stain on the comforter that looked like old blood. There was dirt on the floor the hadn’t been vacuumed IN TWO ROOMS- I even asked for another room and it was just as gross! This place is vile. Spend your money somewhere else!

A Good Stay

A friend and I did a mini trip over Memorial Day weekend, and we stayed overnight here at this Quality Inn. The desk clerk was pleasant; our room was in good condition. The tub took a bit longer to drain than usual, and this was reported to the front desk clerk when we left. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which included great jokes and humor from the person working the desk and breakfast room. It started our day out with a smile. The breakfast was good and the eating area was clean. The place is older but kept in excellent condition. Our room was very clean and everything appeared well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. Conveniently close to the main highway but far enough away to not have any road noise. You can park right next to your door; don't have to carry your luggage far. You can walk to one of the greatest Mexican restaurants we have ever been to, El Maguey, where we got authentic food that I believe was cooked from scratch and reasonably priced. I plan to stay here again in the future.
