Great Petfriendly Place to Stay!!!

My husband and I loved staying here! The rooms were very clean, comfy beds, nice pool, and the staff were awesome! Even our little dog Molly got special petting and love from the staff. I highly recommend this place!

Charged for "damage" to the room?!!

Stayed for one night for business....had a reservation for two nights but finished work early and decided to go home. Received an email saying I damaged a drawer in the dresser and was billed $100. Barely used the dresser...opened the "damaged" drawer just to make sure I didn't leave anything behind. No damage was noted. Cheap furniture to begin with. Called manger an he just stated that it was hotel policy and we should dispute the charge with our bank. Not very helpful and we will not be staying at Comfort Inns any longer!!

Ok but needs deep cleaning

The hotel looks nice. Our two queen beds were clean but the sofa sleeper was disgustingly dirty and couldn’t be slept on. Hallways need vacuumed. If some of the main areas aren’t clean it makes me wonder about other areas. Pool was hot and humid but ok. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and ham. Overall not bad but really think they can do a lot better job cleaning for $200 a night

Spacious room, liked that there was a sofa bed. Clean room. Has fridge and microwave. Beautiful and clean pool area. 2 hot tubs! Breakfast area was well stocked and was a nice large room. Quiet room and comfy beds. Staff was very nice as well.

Go the extra mile to another hotel

Dated, somewhat clean, not ideal. Reservations were incorrect, when corrected the hotel would not meet the original rate. Pullouts typically are bad but this you couldn’t even sleep on. The shower was horrible. Ice machines were out of order. On website it states they are close to Cascade, it is not, you need to drive at least 10 minutes, it is not ski in and out. Pool and hot tubs were ok, if you have a room that faces the pool be prepared to smell chlorine and it’s humid. Breakfast was minimal, but offered. Customer service is average at best.
