O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e fica situado perto da praia, restaurantes, praça de taxis, etc Como aqui foi descrito, o apartamento é antigo mas já foram feitas algumas melhorias. O acesso aos apartamentos superiores é feito por varandas com paredes muito baixas!

Dificil acesso (2 elevadores separados por rampa ingreme), sem persianas nas janelas/porta, piscinas pequenas para nº de utilizadores. Vizinhos ruidosos. Preço elevado para qualidade geral oferecida. Não recomendo.

We stayed here for a week as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children(12 & 14). What a fab place! Super clean, the whole apartment. It was so well kitted out,plenty of delph, pots pans and all you need(enough though you're on hols, still nice to have this stuff if needed). We were in a 1 bed apt. The kids had the room, 2 single beds. And we had the pull out bed in the living room. I can't tell you enough how good the quality of the púll out bed was. It was so comfortable, and very large. We had clean sheets and towels every 2 days. The cleaner offered to clean it also. The rooms were fully air-conditioned, and super black out/sun out curtains. On the balcony we had a table and 4 chairs. Also a nice pull out clothes horse attached to the wall, to dry clothes and towels. I can't rate this place enough. Very very close to the beach, and so close to restaurants and coffee shops. The 2 pools are very nice and clean, plenty of seats. Very close to 3 supermarkets that have all you need for the hols. The staff at reception are so very helpful, with excellent knowledge of the area. On hand to order a taxi if needed, and directions! So friendly and good fun. If I could rate these apartments,they would get 100 out of 100! We will be back!

Great location, generally poorly maintained and cleanliness has something to be desired. (there was an empty can of beer directly next steps to the pool bar for our entire stay). But it was cheap and was for a quick get away.

We arrived and as we had stayed here a number of times over the past six or seven years we were glad to be back after COVID19 restrictions in Scotland. The taxi dropped us outside the Portofino and we walked in to check-in. We were a group of 4 men (lads) the other side of 50. We walked up to the reception and immediately recognised the lady behind the counter. We completed the paperwork and handed over the passports. She said to us the she would waive the Euro 200 damage deposit because she knew us, which we thought was a nice thing to do. We then proceed to pay, G was paying for two people whilst H and I placed out CASH on the counter. We were told that an additional payment was required for Tourist Tax, so this was paid as well. H and A then moved to the bar at the front of the hotel and G and I followed after paying in full in CASH. The room was basic, but we knew that from our previous visits. The extra in the 2132 was that the aircon unit in my room was leaking and had been for some time as the cheap door had started to delaminate. The skirting board was also in a sorry state. All in all what we had become used to over the years. The sting in the tail was that the Portofino then charged A on his credit card for the accommodation. Be aware the hotel seems to switch between Pay on Arrival and Pay from Booking.COM. We have been scammed by someone or the hotel as they have now been paid TWICE.
