Grand stay
This was an unplanned trip and we stopped on a last minute to get a room. The staff was great. There were two different gals we encountered throughout the night. The lady at check in was quick and kind. She explained COVID restrictions well offered to go and spray our room down extra as we are very cautious with covid-19. We appreciate their response to the health and safety. And we will be staying here over any hotel when we are back in the area. Breakfast was delish! Can’t wait to come back to Minnesota You could say it was a GRAND stay
Very rude
The gal at the front desk was extremely rude i just got out of hospital and my family and i needed to get some sleep from the turn of events she stressed there were no room except the love suite with Jacuzzi was the only available which was extremely pricey only one bed never gave me a receipt nor explained i can not have guests as i Continue to tell her i need a double bed for my family of 4. I asked her if she had roll away beds she said no so i explained im exhausted as well as my family' and need to get some rest. it was 8:30am so i had to pay for that night and another to get this room. I spent almost 250 bucks for one night. It was clear that there was plenty of rooms on the website available when i woke after napping as i checked it out. i then went asked if i could get another room for my husband and one of my kids for the second night that i got scammed in to renting for two nights. She explained i cant have two rooms unless my husband rents it i know i can rent it but my husband would have to stay in that one' she said No i couldn't rent it he'd have to. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE "EVER" NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! 😠😡
Great hotel.
The rooms are clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the tables outside where people could visit. We loved the hot breakfast as well. Everything was very clean and Covid compliant. We will be back.

Checked in late they made sure we had the best price...staff was friendly and helped us find a dinner spot. Great breakfast they heard from the desk that the coffee was low and filled it immediately without having to ask. Nice hot breakfast and away we went. Would give it a 10 if I could.
Wonderful hotel to stay- quiet, friendly staff and very comfortable.
I stayed here with a Wine Tour group and we were all very pleased. The rooms were very comfortable, great prices and good choices for breakfast. Brandy- the Manager was amazing to work with. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!
