Do lado da estação ADO e parada de onibus. Hostel me pareceu novo, cama boa, quarto bom, toalhas.. tudo otimo. negativos: primeiro dia cheiro de esgoto, nos outros não mais. Café da manhã fraco, pode melhorar. Sugestão: sabonete liquido no quarto e algo para pendurar toalhas, no meu quarto nao tinha.

The hostel is nice and clean I consider there are some reparations to do, for example in the bathroom there is water dripping from the ceiling, the window from the bathroom has no courtins and neighbors from the building in front can easily see you when you need to take a shower or go to the restroom, the service at the reception is bad the guy who received me was in a bad mood and had no service atitude he was eating while taking my credit card and giving me the registration card me was, there is just one light bulb at the bathroom and thats it you remain in complete darkness at night , you can hear all the noise from outside and from the rooms next door making it kind of hard to rest ,the good thing about this place is that is clean, cheap and has a good location. I consider that you really get what you pay. Aside from the bad service at the reception from the guy that has a red shirt everyday I consider this is a good place if you're in a budget but don't expect a good staff service.

Nice property very close to ADO station in downtown Cancun. Maintenance could be a bit better throughout the property - drain in shower was clogging, water was spilling out into the bathroom, and cleanliness was fine but could’ve been a bit better. Water pressure was a bit weak but not as bad as others experienced. Room near common area had a bit of noise but was mostly fine. Wifi worked well. Annoyance with payment at this property - rate quoted in USD for some reason using Booking.com, then the hotel converts it to MXN at a terrible rate, while the confirmation doesn’t state they will do this. No issue paying in MXN or USD, but disappointed at the property trying to rip people off on the FX. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8-10, but wasn’t ready until 8:25 AM (except for coffee). This property has a lot of potential with multiple small improvements that wouldn’t cost anything.

Great for one night

Our flight landed 18.15 to Cancun after 24hrs of traveling and we were exhausted. Only thing we wanted was to sleep and wash off the smell of airplanes. + next to the Ado station in Central Cancun + cheap + clean + staff + air conditioning + shower water pressure with hot water + beautiful view from the breakfast area Bed was ok for one night, wouldn’t have stayed for longer. Breakfast was basic: toast, eggs, cereal, coffee, juice. - shower was a joke, I mean how am I supposed to wash my thick and long hair with this... - no hand soap to wash your hands - horrible smell of sewer in our room 201 Basically you get what you pay for. Great for first night to catch up with your jet lag.

We loved our stay at the hostel inn. The place was neat and functional. Very charming and luxe for a hostel. The staff is the best! They are very nice and friendly, always there to help or to give advice. Fernando and Ernesto, thank you guys so much! Lots of love, Jaap and Britt
