The only thing I didn’t like was $75.00 for one night as pet fee. My dog is 4 years old and never has accident . We travel with him and never any thing with rooms. The most I have ever paid was $25.00 which is fair.

Everything was wonderful from the check-in to the east of checking out. The room was nice and clean and the bed wad comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of food options. Overall, it was a very nice and welcoming place to stay.

My stay at this location has been a wonderful experience. The new Northside Cherokee Hosptial is very close by, which I had to have surgery and recovered afterwards at the Hampton Inn, Canton, GA. The entire staff members have gone above the call of duty for me. Each entity with the hotel, i.e., check-in, breakfast, housekeeping have always asked "how can we help you" - everyday. They always have a smile on their face, and truly enjoy working at this hotel. The General Manager and Assistant General Manager are just as professinal and willing to assist wherever possible. There is no task below and above them. When you are dealing with so many people, personalities, and needs for so many people, it's difficult to keep calm and carry on .... well I have been nothing but UNITY at this organization! Well, done ladies and gentlemen! Best wishes always!

Had some slight issues upon initial check.. However staff addressed and resolved them very quickly! Quiet and peaceful. Great location. Staff is excellent with customer service. Definitely will be staying there again!!!

My stay was nothing but amazing from check in to check out. The staff was so friendly & kind. The room was clean & the bed was so comfortable. The staff provided snack bags to take with you during the day & when you returned for the evening they also provided cold drinks to cool you off. Just simply amazing.
