Not great. Had to switch rooms because we stayed in December and the heat in the first room flat out did not work. Rooms were decent but oddly put together. Very run down overall and seemingly not well taken care of. The one shining light was that the staff were AMAZING, and were extremely helpful in the issue with the heat not working, and seemed genuinely upset at our experience. So at least they seem to care about their customers, but nothing else. Trip type

How to make the little things BIG - Great Customer Service.

Customer service in today's world is rare to find. I now understand why, it is hidden here and Alex A holds the key. He sets the benmark for going above and beyond. Not only was he operating with nearly no voice, he still remained very charming and dedicated to achieving top notch customer service. Unfortunate while I admittedly booked a non refundable room the individual property would not allow any concession of rescheduling or the like when I was unable to travel due to the birth of my grandchild. I’d expect better from Marriott and this property and will not be staying in the future.

Older hotel that has been refurbished

Not up to my standards even with a refurbishment. The A/C was loud, so we had to turn off at night. The TV was in an awkward place and the vanity was very small. The breakfast was not very good. There was one day where they served small quiches that we good, but the other days not great. The gym had old equipment and not wipes for cleaning. I told the front desk staff they needed to refill but I guess they didn't have the wipes in stock. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel that time forgot

This place was awful. I spend more than 200 nights per year in Marriott properties and this one is the bottom of the barrel. Very outdated decor, ac didn’t work, phone in the room didn’t work, bathroom fan was so loud that it literally rattled the walls. There was so much pubic hair in the bathroom that I could have carpeted the room. The bed was literally hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The staff didn’t seem to care about any of this. It’s what I imagine staying at a Motel 6 must be like.
