Wonderful family run hotel. 200 MTRS from beach, another 100 MTRS to bars and restaurants. Need a car to get around. rail station 2.5 mile walk, no taxis or buses. Stayed 10 nights. Restaurants hit and miss but dined at hotel 4/5 times and consistently better than the restaurants. Looked after well. Rooms attended to daily with clean sheets and towels. Enjoyable stay will return. Highest regard.

It is not the first time I stay at Victoria. This is not a hotel, a family. Martino family make the holiday special and relaxing. The staff is always available for the guests doing their best to fix any need. It's worth to mention the chef Salvatore, his dishes are amazing, he prepared typical local food with fresh ingredient coming from the wonderful Puglia. I didn't have the need to go to other restaurants ... Thanks Salvatore!

Very friendly and welcoming. A good choice

The strength of this hotel is the very friendly staff. We stayed 4 nights here as we also needed to go to Brindisi a few times (which was an easy 25 minute drive via the autoroute). We had a large room on 1st floor which was comfortable, and clean (so was the bathroom). There was lots of natural sunlight through the windows, and a balcony. Free wi-fi, and room air conditioning, worked well (although required logging on every time!). The free breakfast was nice (nothing special) and the staff made very nice drinks and snacks during the day. A roof top terrace is available but the high wall dissappointingly resticts what would otherwise be nice views of the sea. The hotel is an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the beach area where we found a couple of very good restaurants for lunches and dinners. The staff were very helpful and firendly, and made our stay very enjoyable. English wasn't well spoken, so we had some (fun) difficulties communicating, but everything was understood in the end. A good choice hotel.

Wonderful family owned and run hotel!

We got a warm welcome and wonderful service from Federe and his family at Hotel Victoria! We came to see Ostuni and the hotel was in a great location for us to tour the town. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, especially since we were there in the off season. Our breakfast was a feast prepared just for us and our two friends travelling with us and was just wonderful----way more than we expected! We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area and would recommend it to all our friends!

A warm welcome at a clean, quiet little hotel

After an uncomfortable stay at Borgo Moresco apartments, we took refuge at the Victoria hotel and received a warm welcome with coffee, tiramisu and fruits on the house. This family run hotel has pleasant friendly staff, free wifi, clean comfy rooms with AC, anti-mosquito mesh, Sky TV, cool comfy outdoor areas and garden, a short walk from the beach. Very quiet. Lifts and ramps, rails in some bathrooms for elderly guests. We found it restful. The kind welcome we received in our stressed state will ensure that we return.
