We had to cancel our stay because of sudden change of plans, but Harry from front desk was so patient, helpful and really nice during the cancellation process. We did not booked directly with the hotel( we did trough agoda) and it took us about two hours to get the Cancellation done, and he was always nice and super helpful Throughout the process. Thank you Harry
FYI—-> don’t use Agoda to book any hotels

This room was very dirty. They even have bugs in the refrigerator. The furniture was old and the tv did not work. I requested a refund and was asked to leave. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in NC

Dark, dingy, phone doesn't work, walls chipped, rug stained, walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin. I guess you get what you pay for since it is cheap. At least the bed and bathroom seem clean and the woman who checked me in was very nice. Was trying this for one night as a potential long term stay, but I would shoot myself if I had to stay any longer. It's just so dark and dingy.
I saw a lot of responses from the hotel to online comments apologizing and saying they will fix it. Wish they spent less money on their social media team and more on renovating their rooms.
Worst Experience that keeps giving

First I will review the hotel, then I will review the experience. The hotel itself is disgusting. There is always a horrible greasy smell in the halls and rooms that will permeate your clothes and stay with you long after you have left. Also, not a very safe feeling location and I felt the need to pack almost all of my belongings in my car everyday before heading to work. The walls are paper thin, and so are the ceilings in between floors. You hear EVERY messed up thing happening in the rooms surrounding you. I felt lucky to make it out without something being stolen or my vehicle vandalized. You can also smell marijuana in the parking lot every evening when you get home.
Now, the staff seem pleasant enough, but make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. I made the mistake of assuming everything was fine when I went to the front counter to check out and leave. A month later I notice my credit card was charged for an extra week. At that point, I made multiple attempts to contact the manager and never received a call back. I called corporate, but they said that I would have to talk to the local manager, who never called me back. I disputed the charge with my credit card company since I could not get in contact with anyone. According to the credit card company, the hotel is trying to say I occupied the room and smoked in it. Well, I don’t smoke... plus the paper work I signed said a smoking fee was 250.00, not 441.66 that they charged me.
Do yourself a favor, if it’s between Extended Stay and sleeping in your car, pick your car. You will feel safer, cleaner, and much happier.

After being to two rooms with unmade beds and non working lights, I was given a room with a bed with no sheets. I spent 2 hour a on two the phome this morning disputing my charge only to be told there is no way possible to have a refund. This is unacceptable from a nationwide hotel chain. I differed this to my credit card company to support my actions.
