I echo the other reviews that state that is is surprising that this is a marriot properry. Staff is like Travelodge. Totally apathetic. Not a hospitality business at all. Front desk....eh. repeat, eh...

Great hotel in a great area near stores, food, and major roadways

This hotel was very clean. Spacious lobby and good decor. Morning breakfast was completely fine for families, with egg sandwiches, cereal, toast, scones, fruit, coffee, and more. The outdoor pool area was very clean and has a good size pool and a hot tub. The room (two queens on fourth floor) was clean and had plenty of space for our family (two adults, one kid) and all our bags. Had a couch and sitting area, desk, and massive closet. Bathroom is also spacious. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a huge bock of stores with everything from Field and Stream to Buy Buy Baby to Nordstrom Rack to Whole Foods, and tons more. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute drive (too many to list) and you can walk across the parking to BBQ, sushi, and more. There is a nice long walking path around a pond for morning walks, and it's near the Cedar Park Rec Center. Convenient to major roadways to get to the rest of Cedar Park or areas beyond.

Great stay for family

Stayed with my two kids for several days. Loved the couch bed option in our room so everyone has their own sleeping space. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and nice, great location, loved the pond adjacent and nearby places to grab food. Free breakfast and coffee spread was decent. Parking was easy no hassle. Would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay

Stayed here 1 night with 4 family members. Had 2 queen beds & sofa sleeper. There were only 3 sets of towels for 5 people. Beds were comfortable, room was a little too warm & the thermostat had to be set with a remote which said the room temp was 66 degrees, which it was definitely not. The microwave was difficult to work, could only heat up something in 55 seconds or less, numbers on microwave wouldn't work. The breakfast was good. Bacon (not crisp), eggs, muffins, fruit, etc. Coffee maker in room was a keurig. Good location for where we needed to go. Quite a few restaurants in the area. Overall acceptable but a little pricey. Room was very clean. Hotel was clean & neat.

The staff at check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the bed linen set-up of a lightweight coverlet that gets washed along with the sheets. The only thing that was necessary (and the reason for only 4 stars) was asking for a clean mattress pad cover which arrived under ten minutes after speaking with the front desk. This seems to be an issue everywhere we stay. Why does housekeeping think it is okay to keep a stained mattress pad cover on the bed and put a clean set of bed linens over the top of it? We went down for the breakfast which was the usual yogurt, fruit, bacon, cook-your-own waffles. The coffeemaker in the room was a keurig. The staff were wearing masks. I would stay here again.
