O hotel está bem situado em Champaing, com.acesso fácil à região central da cidade. É um prédio novo, então os apartamentos e áreas comuns estão bem cuidados. O serviço é atencioso. O café da manhã é diverso e muito gostoso.

This was a nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting the campus. Rooms were clean, lobby area was nice and the outside common areas were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we return to the area we would stay here again.

We were desperately hoping to get our hotel stay extended by a day on a graduation weekend, and up to several days before arrival we kept inquiring about this very unlikely possibility. We were really glad that upon checking in, Latriece at the front desk was able to get us a room and assured us that the switch over would be painless which it was. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and really understood what we needed at that moment. Latriece was very polite, and her ability to help us with things such as arranging for an extra large ice bucket for the bouquets, and a rollaway bed at the last minute (necessitated due to the room size) all contributed to a very satisfying stay. She epitomized what service should be about for a great customer satisfaction.

I attempted to stay at this hotel. When I went to make a reservation I was treated very rudely. They told me that if I did not book through them and booked online instead they would charge me a hidden fee when I arrived at the hotel. So I asked them again if I could book online for a cheaper price why can't I do that. They said I could but they would end up charging me more when I arrived at the hotel that was considered a hidden fee. So I asked if I could hold the room and check other prices at nearby hotels. They told me no that they would raise the price when I called back if I attempted to do that. I felt like I was almost being forced to pay a higher rate just because I called to see if they had vacancies. Eventually I hung up and chose a different hotel that was much nicer and cost less. This is sad because I'm in Hilton honors member. And it's usually my go-to hotel. But now I will be checking more closely to see if all of the Hilton hotels have hidden fees for booking online.

Caught in Ice Storm

Last week in early February 2022 we were caught in extreme fog due to an advancing ice storm and had to find a place to stay. Initially, the forecast showed if we left early we would miss the storm, however it hit in the middle of the night. The hotel was extremely short-staffed but took wonderful care of the guests, who like us were stranded. Instead of 40 workers, they accomplished everything with a staff of five. The kitchen ran out of food but until they did they provided 3 meals a day. The administration was waiting tables and washing up. And they were so nice...definitely beyond the job descriptions. More than five stars.
