Nice Hotel, great breakfast offerings, and reasonable price. Manager Tina was very accomodating with my wifes mobility issues. Overall, a very nice stay. One thing I found puzling however is how a hotel with that many rooms is allowed to operate with only one tiny elevator (looks like an old freight elevator), and is maybe 5 ft. by 7 ft.

Black mold on the shower heads, the charge you for your room and a full second charge as security deposit. It's a hotel room, not an apartment. The breakfast was watery and didn't taste good. There was a mystery white substance on the bed skirt, a lot of it!

Difficult assistant manager who seemed to want to argue rather than resolve the problems presented by a room that needed to be cleaned. Top of the TV had weeksormore of accumulated dust and grease. Air conditioner unit was filled with what looked like dirt but was broken down rubber gasket. Some type of greasy substance was on the headboard. Late in the day the room had not been touched. I spoke to the Asst. Manager and asked when to expect it to be done. I was told that she we would get a list of rooms that had been cleaned at the end of the day. I asked if this room was to be included and was told if it had been requested the prior day. I told her if it wasn't, I would go directly to Wyndham.

Great staff, great breakfast choices, pool was warm and hot tub was nice, close restaurant, as far as the room the bed was comfortable and had six pillows also a really great feature was the black out blinds on the windows

Worst Hotel I have stayed at to date. Problems started at check in and only got worse. Was given a room upstairs and had to drag our suitcases through a puddle of water from the ice machine that went unfixed for our entire stay. Opened the door to our room and it looked like a Bachelor Party had just left, trash, beer bottles, food everywhere. Totally gross. Went back and got another room and had issues. TV didn't work at first then box fell off the back of TV. Called front desk and they couldn't help, and we ended up getting it to work. Had the jacuzzi room and when we turned on the water it ran everywhere and they said they would fix it, never happened. Refrigerator didn't work and the linoleum floor was greasy where we had to lay towels down to walk on it. Next the breakfast was good but the juice machine was broken and they didn't fix that either. They also never cleaned up in the room so go early. They did always have coffee available and the lobby was the best part of the hotel. The location is also nice but warn against staying here. I needed a fax sent to me there and they didn't know the number for two days. I have never felt compelled to write a review on a place before but they need to get there act together. I can't even rate this a one star.
