Chegamos tarde no hotel, vindo de Baltimore, com muita chuva. Na recepção, nossos dados já estavam prontos e a chave separada. O hotel tem os quartos limpos, banheiros limpos, piscina aquecida ! O staff é excelente e prestativo. Pedimos informações para pedir uma Pizza e nos indicaram o melhor lugar. Hotel altamente recomendado, apesar de só ter ficado uma noite. Voltaria novamente.

Localização boa, camas confortáveis. Piscina pequena, mas boa para relaxar após um dia cansativo. Os funcionários são nota 10, alias se tem uma cidade nos USA em que o povo é altamente acolhedor se Chama Carolina do Norte.

We were just passing through and directions to the place seemed to send us in a little bit of a circle and once we got off the interstate we drove past it because it sits behind the Waffle House but once we got there the staff was very welcoming, prices were reasonable and the rom was excellent. They are pet friendly. Plenty of parking and a nice continental breakfast. An easy on and off I-77.

DISGUSTING!!- Check in was horrible-upon getting to our rm we discovered how NASTY and dated this place was. We were given a whole speech on how they are practicing COVID protocols-yet there was a hair pin in the bed when the covers were pulled back, SHEETS WERE DITRY- USED toilet tissue in the bathroom. Manager (R. Patel) stated HER HUSBAND cleaned the rm himself. Sooo where did the hairpin and the dirty sheets come from then? she also stated that because there was still toilet tissue on the roll there was no need to replace it. toilet seat was disgusting w burn marks. wouldn't change our rm so made them change the DIRTY linen. NOTHING I Mean NOTHING displayed anything by way of COVID protocols except for their sign at the front desk. I had to squat everytime I needed to use the bathroom due to the disgusting toilet seat. unfortunately -We were in town for a funeral and every other hotel in the area was booked. we were stuck in this filth!!!!!

I was told she COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THIS PLACE OR ME-take the room or leave,was her greeting,and the owner was all on board with her.I don't see this place in business very long,with this kind of customer service.Go see Mike Patel at Huntersville/I-85 exit,much nicer and better priced too!It is also a days Inn,which is worth the few extra miles-they welcome corporate customers,not the case on sunset/banner Elk dr,charlotte nc 28216
