Super recomendo o hotel, bem localizado, proximo ao centro. Quarto é otimo, cama limpa e confortavel, banheiros limpos. Oferece cafe da manha, e eh bem bom! Achei super valido a estadia neste hotel, voltaria com certeza.

Otima opção para quem esta fazendo uma road trip e precisa de um lugar para descansar, mas não tem nada demais. O cafe da manhã é bem pobre. Há estacionamento gratuito. O apartamento era agradavel. ................
Excellent service
We stayed at the Red Roof for the first time and was surprised to know that they are pet friendly. Plus, Emberly the front staff was superrrrr nice and friendly. She made our stay very pleasant. I would go back because of her hospitality. Thank you Emberly you were wonderful!

I wanted to write this review about Emberly who works the front desk where I stayed at for my first body building competition at Chattanooga Convention Center. She was there when I checked I. And when I checked out. She was very helpful to tell me things about Chattanooga since I had never been there before.she was very professional and offered to me to ask for help at any time that I needed it. And when I checked out she was very professional but at the same time, personal. She asked about how my competition went and was happy for the awards that I had gotten. She was just like a good friend that I had for many years. This beautiful woman needs to get a raise, if that is possible because I feel like she deserves one!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Red Roof Inn for the past week for work. Normally people only write a review when they want to complain. But I just want to offer my thanks and my gratitude for an amazing experience with Emberly at the front desk. She was everything that you would want from a customer service representative and as a representative of your organization. She was competent kind polite courteous and very helpful. Any small issues she took care of with complete polite and courteousness and was such a pleasure to deal with. You should be proud to have her as a member of your team Thank you so much Rodney Davis
