A rede Jurys Inn é muito boa e esse hotel não deixou a desejar. Quarto amplo e confortável, decoração moderna, atendimento simpático, excelente café da manhã. O valor é bom, pensando nos preços altos da Inglaterra. Não gostamos da localização!

Boa localização com bons acessos. Espaço exterior bastante agradável, atendimento simpático e prestável. Quartos limpos e espaçosos. Excelente pequeno almoço. Melhorou bastante depois da alteração de gerência.

Didn't receive what I paid for 3 course set menu which I was told they no longer had and was given a bar restaurant menu which was the worst menu I have ever had to choose from. I feel it was false advertising and extremely misleading considering the 3 course set menu meal was the main reason for booking there. Nothing really healthy apart from clam chowder which was nice but no vegetables to accompany main meals all came with fries, hotdogs, pizza and burgers meals and steak which was tough the meatballs was dry hardly any sauce also lemon chicken was extremely dry. Brussels sprouts were on the menu as a side but were told they no longer have them as they are seasonal For a 4 star establishment I felt it was extremely poor. On complaining Megan tried her very best to find something healthy on our second night and asked the chef and we were offered fish and chips peas and tarter sauce although not exactly healthy but was better than having to choose from bar and restaurant menu. The fish was from frozen and deep fried I have had better frozen fish from a supermarket if I was being honest but Megan did try her best she was intensive and a lovely member of staff. The swimming pool wasn't that clean engraved dirt all around the rim of the tiles the outside of the pool. The changing room floor was filthy so we didn't use a second time. However I did enjoy Breakfast it was very good, a healthy option also lovely full cooked breakfast pastries cold meat cheese very good choice Dave from breakfast room was so intensive lovely old school gentleman working so hard running about like a teenager and keeping breakfast running smoothly Dave and Megan are a credit to the establishment. I have sent a complaint to the jury's inn and I am awaiting a response.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Comfy beds, lovely breakfast with great choices and very friendly and attentive staff. Dave and John who worked in the restaurant were a pleasure and made our stay even more comfortable. Very professional with excellent customer service care. Thank you guys, we’ll be back!

The food was delicious and staff were fantastic, especially Dave from the buffet he was so helpful and generous with his hospitality. I Highly recommend to eat in the breakfast buffet was great value!! The room had everything we needed the amenities are great, especially the swimming pool and gym.
